The weapon of the ancient soul

The breeze calmly whispered on Ren's ear. The place smelled like rose. The stars sparkled with the beautiful moonlight. When Ren looked at his side, Lucas was staring at him intimately.

"You smell good as always." the prince said.

Prince Lucas leaned closely to him and their noses touched. The prince softly whispered.

"I hope it's a boy."

"A boy?" Ren was shocked. When he looked downward, his stomach bloated. He is pregnant. Prince Lucas was smiling sweetly to him.

"THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!"

The he woke up.

He immediately checked his stomach as he sat down although he knew that it was just a dream.

"I'm getting crazy."

"Your face is so red, Renren. It must be fish." Shu-shu said. He was at the lamp table beside Ren.

"You are here again talking 'ming ming'." Ren said.

"I'm Shu-shu. I already told you. I like you. Meowwh. I decided to make you my disciple. Meowwh." Shu-shu proudly said.

Ren just scratched his head. It seems like cats in different worlds have the same mindsets.

"Uhm, Shu-shu." Ren was making an evil smile at the back if his head. "Do you think you know a way out here?"

"Meowwh. I know what you're thinking. I'm not stupid. I am powerful. But only the high priest knows the answer to that."

Ren sighed. Maybe it's too late. His dream of making his own company is now gone. He is also thinking if Law will be able to survive college without him. Law can be annoying sometimes but Ren liked how Law relies on him. He misses him somehow.

There was a knock on the door and when it opened, Old Arthur was with two young men.

"Good day, mighty one. Your face indicates that the atmosphere of Bellestia suits you."

Ren noticed that his face was still rosy from his dreams. "Grampa Arthur, why are you with the guards? Am I getting imprisoned?"

"Hihohiho! No mighty one. This is Lord Greg and Lord William. They will accompany you to your first mission."

"Oh crap." He thought. He remembered about getting an ancient weapon something. His journey to dying now commenced.

"Oh, right I remembered. Grampa Arthur, won't I be getting some sort of training?"

" Don't worry about it. Experience is your best training. Hihohiho! All the preparation are set. After the departure banquet, you are now ready to go on your adventure." Old Arthur said with excitement.

After a while, Ren went down the hall with Shu-shu resting on his head. His door guards accompany him to the private hall where the royal family eat. Ren described the hall like an ancient Catholic church without the praying sits.

The royal family was already there as well as Lord Greg, Lord William, and Old Arthur. Ren sat down on the beside Lord William while Prince Lucas was in front of him at the other side of the table.

"Nyohohoho, your clothes suits you well my beautiful boy." The Queen said. He was wearing elegant blue tops in white lining, white pants and black boots. He might be small but his body is lean that his clothes fits really well on him.

Lord William wrapped around his arms to Ren and looked at him. "So you are our hero huh? What a catch. The fates is really good to me. Don't worry I'm better at protecting than my stupid cousin there. I will protect you." Lord William smiled at him and wink.

The prince looked at his cousin sternly.

"Hands off. I own him."

"You don't. No one does." Ren replied.

"Ehemmm." The King interrupted.

"It seems like our hero will be starting his journey today. He might want to know more about this ancient weapon, won't he Old Arthur?"

"Yes. Yes my Lord. If I may, there are many types of ancient weapons scattered all over the world. Some are blessed. Some are cursed. But for a dual core weilder like you there will be no other best weapon rather than the combination of both. The Lost Umbrella of Kigame. " Old Arthur spoke.

'Nice, I will be trying to kill myself to find a lost umbrella. Love you too fates.' Ren thought. He suddenly remembered how many times he lost his umbrella in the university.

"You mean Lady Kigame, the ancient maiden of water Gods? I heard all the princes of different kingdoms tried to win his heart." Prince William interrupted.

"Yes, that's her. Long time ago, Lady Kigame is a blessed maiden that channels the power of Gods to mankind. One day Neptune gave him an umbrella as a gift. She uses it as an amplifier of her power to heal, and her gift in water magic. She's so kind-hearted that she tried to reach a lot of people. She healed them. Calm the souls of the dead. Bless the farms of the people and more. She became so popular that many Kingdoms wanted her to be their subject. Many tried to win her heart but no one did."

"Why it was cursed then Grampa Arthur?" Ren was curious.

"She fell in love. But that was not plainly the reason. One day, she fell in love with an ordinary warrior, Haru. They were greatly in love with each other that the Lady Kigame bloomed and became more powerful. But of course, the Kingdoms don't agree with their love. Haru's own Kingdom, sent him to a fake mission. Where he was killed and betrayed. When Lady Kigame knew about the whole truth. She seeks revenge. Using her umbrella, she single-handedly killed all the people involved including the King. She didn't stopped killing all of them until he found her lover's body, soaked in his own blood. From that time, the umbrella witnessed both the good and evil in the maidens heart."

Ren can't help himself but to be stuck with the whole story. This is no ordinary umbrella.

This is an umbrella who witnessed both good and evil. This umbrella is the epitome of love and hate. In his heart, he already wanted to see this.
