Daily Basis

"I've never been the best person, and I perfectly know... From having foolish dreams of conquering galaxies, ended up being a shop keeper... And everytime I look at that tree, I can still see that eye..." Magolor, lost in his thoughts, was looking at the gem Apple tree near his shoppe. It was about to be night, but Magolor was there, witnessing the wonderful sunset from his spot, with nobody but a few Waddle Dees walking by, without actually doing anything. Magolor sighed, and slowly started to put his items away, closing the shop, until a voice stopped him.
"WAAIT" Magolor looked up, it was his good pal Taranza, that was floating to his shop in a hurry.
"Ah, good evening, Taranza." Magolor said with a mouthless smile.
"What can I do to help you?"
"Are you closing the shop?" the spider spoke, slightly tilting his head to the left.
"Hm, yes I was about to. Do you need anything?"
"Well, yes but I don't really want to bother since it's just a question..."
"Ah, go ahead I have all the night free."
"So, uhm... What's that?" Taranza pointed at the gem Apple tree.
"Oh, I could ask the same thing..." another voice spoke, making the two turn to the right of the tree; there was Susie.
"Oh! Hi Susie, what ya doin'?" Taranza waved at the friend, Magolor did the same.
"Hi guys, I was just walking by, but couldn't not hear that you were talking about that tree... Magolor, you do know that's the only one in whole Dreamland? What even is that? " Susie crossed her floating arms, looking at the Gem Apple tree.
"A pretty long a crazy story, hehehe... Would you believe me if I said that my past mistakes gave me the chance to... Be what I am now? Sometimes I wonder 'what if all of this never happened?', but at the same time I'm glad I'm here. With you"
"AWWW!" Taranza dragged Magolor out of his shoppe, hugging him tightly.
"ACK- TARANZA YOU'RE CHOKING ME-!" Taranza quickly let him go, Susie just burst out laughing.
"Sorry, sorry! But those words were so touching and- I'm already crying-" Taranza used two of his hands to clean the tears off.
"Say, Magolor, I know you're happy with your small shop, but... Why don't we hang out some more? Maybe traveling around worlds, seeing new things... A new adventure!" Susie didn't really want to show how much she actually cares about her friends, so just said 'just for new experiences', but the truth? She wants to just stay with her friends.
"That's a great idea, Susie! But, Magolor, we haven't seen the Lor in a good while. What did you do with it?"
"Well, it's been a good while since the last time I have used the Lor... But"
A portal opened above them, the Lor came out already flying. Susie and Taranza were astonished.
"Hehe! Still able to fly, baby!" Magolor flew up to his Starcutter and patted it on the side.
"Well, then- wait, we are going now??" Taranza asked with enthusiasm.
"Better now than later, am I right?" Magolor looked down at his friends.
"But, wait Mags, what about your usual clothes?" Susie said, and Magolor looked at his hands, remembering that he is still wearing his green stuff. So he opened another portal, and his iconic blue cape came out of it, landing on his hands.
"Hm... Hi there, old friend." Magolor whispered at his clothes, but was he talking to his cape?- No, Magolor was talking to the memories and friends he gained in the last years, and a new adventure was about to open in front of his very eyes.
"So, ready to go??" Taranza was somehow already on top of the Lor.
"Ugh, Taranza, you have no patience-" Susie flew up, following the friend.
"Welp..." Magolor looked up at the sky
"This is where my daily basis ends, and it's time for new experiences once again..."
"Without evil crowns controlling your mind!" Taranza exclaimed
"Without betrayal, but only friends!"
Susie replied
"Heh, well then. Let's go!" he dashed inside the Lor and quickly went on the control panel.

And so, the three friends start their new adventure.
They are the shape of a heart.
