It was now december holidays. Mina spent it with her family. Of course she was also going to spend time with her friends, they had planned to meet up after christmas and hang out together.
Honestly, Mina preferd going out on christmas but she had no choice. She had to stay at home and listen to her parents fight about stupidest things people can fight about, then smile at her, say "merry christmas" some nice words and then continue fighting.
Since she had to deal with this since childhood, she got used to it and kinda developed this ability to complitely zone out and block every sound and vision. She did this everytime she felt tired or annoyed by the crowd. Mina found this really cool and she liked calling this thing "turtle shell".
Right now, was one of the times when she was using this "turtle shell" while FaceTiming her best friend

Mina put her phone down and closed her eyes hoping she could fall asleep. She was trying so hard but she could't rest, something was eating her up from the inside. She suddenly opened her eyes grabbed her phone and started scrooling through instagram.
