"Moka. Say anything else, and I'll kill you." I threatened.
"You wouldn't." She challenged.
"I get really hungry sometimes." I said.
"I-I understand." She said.
Kaneki looked dumbfounded.
"You heard nothing." I told him.
He nodded.
"Anyway, report to Joinia that I'm safe." I told Moka.
"Why Joinia and not Ayota?" Moka asked.
"Because Ayota's busy as the new leader." I told her.
"You're retiring?!" She exclaimed.
"No! Just for now..." I told her. "Don't worry, I'm still their queen." I added.
"Ok. Understood!" She said.
Moka then hugged me and I patted the petite girls head.
"Bye, Yuri!" She said.
"Bye Moka!" I said back.
After she was gone I huffed in annoyance.
"Loudmouth," I scoffed.
Kaneki laughed and patted my head.
I was only a few inches shorter then Kaneki, he was about 5,11 and I was about 5,4.
I sighed and continued walking.
"Should I call you queen now?" Kaneki asked.
"Shut up! Bakaenki!" I said.
"Why does everyone call me that?" Kaneki asked himself.
"Because you are a bakaenki, bakaenki." I said innocently.
As we made our way back to Anteiku, we made small talk about books and other sophisticated things, until the coversation of ghouls came up.
"So, Rize-oneechan tried to kill you, and Rize's organs were put into you?" I asked.
He nodded.
"So you are part human?" I asked again.
He nodded again.
I sighed, "well, that makes two of us," I said.
Kaneki stopped in his tracks and looked at me with wide eyes.
"What?!" He exclaimed.
"It's hard to explain. My mother is human, and my father is a ghoul. Thank God my mother survive Rize and I's birth." I said.
"Wow." He said. "We have a lot in common."
I blushed a little at his comment.
"Sometimes those who have more in common will do great things together. Maybe Rize had something planned when she realized we had the same traits." I suggested.
"Maybe," he said.
We entered Anteiku and I saw Touka behind the counter.
"We have a meeting upstairs, let's go." She said, looking at me.
We went into the meeting room and sat down.
"As we all know, we have a new member of Anteiku. Yuri Miskoyo. Yuri, may I tell them the secret?" The manager asked.
"Yeah, why not." I shrugged.
"Well, you see, Yuri is a... Well, the..." The manager dragged on.
"Golden Ghoul." I finished.
The others looked at me wide eyed.
"Really?" A little girl, Hinami I think, said.
"Yeah. Want me to prove it?" I asked looking at the man with orange hair who looked at me unbelievingly.
"Yeah." He said.
I instantly made my eye go off, it's golden lines highlighting around my eye.
"Why would you bring her in, who knows if the 11th or 4th ward is looking for her!" He said.
"Because she is powerful, and could handle anyone." The manager said confidently.
He just scoffed and looked away.
"Is that all?" I asked the manager.
"One more thing." He said. "The amount of doves have increased by 5%." He said.
Kaneki gasped. "Wow." He said.
"What are you suggesting?" Touka asked.
"Nothing yet. We'll see soon. Dismissed." He said.
We all left and I sighed.
'What if the doves attack here?' I asked myself.
