Talokan Warrior's were going on a mission to find this mutant whose name was unknown and their abilities unknown, so they wouldn't know if this 'thing' was a threat to the city since it was spotted above the ocean 'floating' in the air looking down into the ocean as if almost as it knew there was life down there.
All of namors warrior's and him were very cautious about how to approach this situation because it was new, he and his men made there move as some of them were going afar to get some angles.
"I feel the ocean below my feet, the air through my hands" he spoke
The Talokan Warrior's all heard his voice as he was high in the air, slowly raising his arms to his shoulders before balling his hands into fists before releasing.
It was midnight with a full moon while namor seen that he was alone and unarmed, he looked to his men and nodded signaling them to go to their striking positions while on the other hand namor had the courage to try and talk with this strange man who was floating with no wings only his body.
Namors pov:
I was watching him for a moment with my head sticking out of the water then soon after I quietly came out of the water, now I was behind him but not to close.
I said to him in our mothers tongue "You are not from here... leave or die" but he just slowly faced me with a blank expression and said.
"I will leave when I am done with you and little your friends" he spoke our language, I thought to myself 'No one can speak our language..' while he was in front of me.

The strange man spoke out to namor once again "My name is Gon'kul'De Ikwe, I am a mutant whose the last one of my tribe"
and with that he quickly grabbed namor by the neck strangling him before knocking him out.
The Talokan Warrior's started to strike as The Man dropped namor into the sea leaving him in the striking zone as they threw their spares, and water bombs.
but he was way quicker then they thought.
Gon'kul'De dived into the waters grabbing a warrior and bringing him above the water taking his spare and driving it into the warrior killing him with such ease.
He looked to the rest who were looking at him, he tilted his head while continuing on with his killing.
