Bustling Errands

Dino woke up to the sound of his phone ringing and look at the id. He saw that it was Chanwoo, and he pick up.

"Morning what's up?"

"So, we need to have all your songs recorded. Because there is an important meeting we need to have. The Glow Up Crew will be there and BM said that everything needs to get the recording done quickly."

"Shit okay, I will head over there now. I will have to pack up food and drinks. See you there."

Dino looks at the time to see it's 4 am. He quickly got ready, pack up his things, and started immediately making the food. He decided on making fried rice with galbi, grab some kimchi, and decided to have some ramyeon for breakfast. While waiting, he grab some water and called Jeong-Hui, "hi hyung, so I got some news."

"I already know what it is, I will grab some coffee for both of us, and get food for myself. I will pick you up in 20 minutes."

"Alright see you soon then hyung."

Dino sigh, knowing how chaotic and hectic it is going to be. Dino ate his ramyeon as quickly but quietly as possible. He did the dishes and left a message before grabbing his things and heading down to meet with Jeong-Hui. He got in the van and Jeong-Hui drove out to the studio again. Dino then said, " that is one way to start the morning." Jeonghui nodded and comment, " yep, but we are on a serious time crunch. At least we are starting early recording. However, I pick some tea with lemon. And also some vitamins. Take them and warm up your vocals before we record." Dino nodded thankfully to Jeong-Hui's care and started taking the vitamin and drinking tea. They arrived at the studio and quickly went to meet up with the rest of the Glow-Up Crew. Dino notices how antsy everyone is and then B.I shouted, "okay everyone's here. You know the drill, get into your recording booths and get going." Dino and the other did that looking at the remainder of the songs. They agree to do it one at a time, get some feedback, and record again. Starting with Yesterday, which has a similar vibe to iKON's Wait for me and Seventeen's Hug Me. Jisung was hugging Aries with tears in his eyes and Kage while the rest of Darkside were in awe, some even sniffling at the lyrics. The next one was Currently which is have a similar music concept as AleXa's Bomb but darker and has fast raps. Third is My Story which is a happy upbeat pop song with some rock elements. The next is Rawr which is a bright pop song that Dino smile but can't stop giggling because of Aries and Jisung's aegyo. The next is Let's Run which is more of his style but has EDM in it. Think of CL Hello Bitches but remixed. The group hyped Dino up as he was singing and rapping his style. The next is Shush with iKON Chanwoo, which is a mix of iKON Bling Bling and two of Oneus' songs, Bring It On and No Diggity. But with the music darker and sultry. There was laughter as Darkside was fanning themselves and Kage saying the song is too hot. The last song is Together Seventeen. This song is like if DKB Besties and Wheein's Butterfly had a baby it would be this song. And after some feedback and rerecording, Dino is finally done with recording all the songs for his album.

Despite that everyone heads over to an extremely large meeting and sat down. BM stands at the front and announced, "okay so listen up, I got a message saying that The Glow Up Crew should have a song together. Though we need to get the music, lyrics, and other things down." Dino raise his hand and said, " I have produced something but it is not completed yet." Dino pulls out his laptop and plays it. The music is reminiscent of Blackpink's Play With Fire, but it seems like something was missing. Once it finishes playing, I.M then said, " listening to it, it might need something like Neffex's Born A Rockstar and maybe a bit of Krewella's Play hard remix." One look from Dino and the producers, composers, and lyricists got to work. They would discuss, play, and give feedback on the song. They finish it and started the recording of the song, with all of them agreeing to name it Blast It Up. It was a lively atmosphere with lots of feedback and discussion it took them until 8:30 am to finish it.
