Luisa finally landed in Portugal and arrived at the hotel. Luisa and her parents went to their hotel room, once they were in Luisa looked around and thought to herself "This isn't that bad." "Luisa!" her mum screams. "We are going to pick up our car, go for lunch, and look around Lisbon. "Alright! I'm coming!" Luisa replies.
The first day in Portugal wasn't that bad, Luisa and her family headed off to her grandma's house. Luisa was excited to stay there as it was near the local beach. Once they got there, Luisa greeted her grandma and went off to see her room. Luisa froze. "Oh!" she says. Luisa looks behind to see her dad and he says "I know my dear, it looks, old and dirty aha." Luisa Laughs. As she unpacks her mum calls her name. She goes over to her mum and says "I got the call and you are starting school tomorrow!! You are in class 7°D!"
"WHAT?!" Luisa replies. "I DON'T EVEN KNOW PORTUGUESE AND YOU ARE EXPECTING ME TO GO TO SCHOOL ALREADY?" She screams. Luisa's dad comes in and asks "What is going on?!" Luisa snaps back by saying "I'M STARTING SCHOOL TOMORROW AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW PORTUGUESE." Luisa's dad replies "You'll be fine!! Loads of people will help you, plus you have English class, at least you will understand something."
"I guess..." Luisa says. Luisa goes straight to her and starts to get nervous "breath Luisa breath." She says to herself. "It's only tomorrow, you'll be fine and make new friends, I hope." She continues.
She finishes unpacking, eats dinner, and gets ready to go to bed nervous and not knowing what would be ahead of her the next day.
