❧ A tall and very old, man's boots clinked on the cracked concrete of the road.

he had silver hair, and a beard almost long enough to reach his knees.

his attire would be considered 'every day wear' as muggles called it. he wore long robes, with a purple cloak that dirtied it as it swept the old concrete road.

this man was none other than Albus Dumbledore.

Albus had walked by at least six celebrations by people in long robes like his own, on his way over to this neighborhood. what were they celebrating, you may ask. they were celebrating the boys who lived.

Albus Dumbledore is a very active member of the magical Community. Community of which, wizards live, and Magic thrives.

Albus walked through the neighborhood filled with lights, Street lamps that annoy the stars in the sky.

Albus dug through his cloak, before he pulled out what he was looking for.. he spotted in the corner of his eye, a tabby cat.

whom was staring at him, sitting at the sidewalk entrance of his destination, a house, a house that looks like almost every other house in the neighborhood, a blank copy.

upon seeing the strict look of the cat he chuckled, "ah. I should've known.."

he pulled out a cigarette lighter, and clicked it open. One of the street lights in the bland neighborhood, flickered out.

he clicked it again, and the next one went with it.

this went on until the only lights in the neighborhood were his blue eyes, and the almost visible stars above.

he walked to the cat, "such a pleasure seeing you here, professor McGonagall" now instead of a cat, in place there was a woman. short but stood tall and Stern, she wore square glasses complementing the cat's eyes she once was. and she too was in a cloak, not purple like Albus, but an emerald green.

"i've been waiting for you." She looked at him sharply. Albus didn't know exactly how she knew he was going to be here, but he had a hint. before he could say such

"is it really true. is you-know-who" Albus stopped her. "surliest sensible person like you can call him by his name? it gets confusing if we all keep saying 'You-Know-who' all the time. I have never had a reason to be afraid of saying Voldemort's name."

she tensed up ever so slightly. "i suppose so. Im talking about the rumors, about how you-know- ....Voldemort.. disappeared and about what finally stopped him." she try to state, but it sounded more like a question. she was trying to ask if the rumors are true

Albus hummed. McGonagall jumped back, "then..Lily, James and Catalan.. their dead. I just can't believe it, of people he's killed, tortured! and he couldn't kill two little boys..?" she continued, tearing up. "how in the heavens did those two.. Harry and Shuji survive..?"

Albus popped a lemon drop in his mouth. "we can only guess"

Mcgonagall pulled out a handkerchief and dabbed at her eyes with it. "and I don't suppose you're gonna tell me why you're here?"

Albus lightened up quite quickly "ah! that reminds me Hagrid is a bit l-"

A rumbling sound interrupted Albus, and shut him up quite quickly. only for him to speak again.
