Avery Eloise Greenperth

I was starting to feel numb and floaty, and my surroundings feel like circling around me which causes me scared. My toes were tingling but I did not focus on what I felt, I just focus on my desired reality.

What scares me right now is that my heartbeat is racing so expeditiously that I am afraid I'm going to die. I was catching my oxygen when I remembered I was still experiencing this state of mind. Fuck it, and if these are the symptoms of shifting, then so be it.

The atmosphere was whirling and sinking at the same pace, with no idea what would happen next. I was merely trusting myself to accomplish this endeavour. I'm not certain what to think about these sensations, nevertheless, I felt lively and determined. This feeling was the greatest feeling I have experienced in my entire existence!

My surroundings begin to smell like chopped herbs, obtained from fresh linen, a peculiar potion scent, and a dash of earthy sage. I noticed plenty of conversations around me, and I kept closing my eyes, fearing this could be the beginning of a nightmare.

I felt soft cotton that I was resting on my head and a comfortable mattress that has been touching my body as soon as I sensed something through my body.

"Goodness sake! Greenperth! Come on, I know you're already awake," I heard a familiar voice. I slightly opened my eyes to discover a familiar figure staring at me. His breath smelt like something of a mint that has been hitting my nose. Malfoy.

"Oh, Merlin! You're awakened! How are you feeling?" a female asked, and I looked to see the woman who was speaking; it was Pansy. Could it be possible that I'm not dreaming?

I caressed Pansy's cheeks and studied every feature of her face; I even plastered a grimace like a crazy woman that caused uncertainty on their faces. I even pinched Pansy's nose to make absolutely sure she was real. "Is it the obliviate stuff causing those impressions?" I overheard murmurs.

I released her face and fixated on Draco's, making him much more uneasy with my stare. His arms were crossed over his chest, he appeared wearing his white polo from his school uniform, his necktie was loosened, and his hair seemed somewhat unkempt. He shifted his gaze to the person who had been whispering earlier, Blaise. Blaise is indeed a tall, attractive young man who oozes poise in each and every movement.

"It's common for a muggle-born, Zabini," he said calmly as Zabini giggled and Draco remained stiff and sternly staring at me. What the fuck is this guy's problem?

I stared at him for a couple of seconds as he felt uneasy once more. "Are you really real?" I spoke as I heard people giggling at the ones who were eager to see me awoke. "Avery, you were struck by obliviate by someone we really do not identify; we certainly found you elsewhere and took you here, hospital wing, to find out what happened with you," Pansy remarked, her voice worried, unlike those other bloody idiots who keep laughing at me.

I pretended not to recognize them so they might not be suspicious. "And my name seems to be?" I asked, tilting my head to my right as well as pointing at it myself.
