October 30, 1988 is shown appearing on the black screen. Before a house with a barn is shown out in the country as birds are heard chirping as a metallic squeaking noise is heard as a mail box with a black Halloween skull plastered on the front as titles appear.

Soon another pear of houses out in the country is shown before the main title HALLOWEEN 4 : THE RETURN OF MICHAEL MYERS is shown in the color orange.

"Wait hold up I thought Micheal died being burned alive from the last one "Elena asked confused while the haddonfield people all share a knowing look that it was the people who saved him was at fault because of them the slaughtering continued each time cause they didn't learn from the first time before looking back at the screen.

Many different house's are shown out in the country with some Halloween decorations as the son starts to set as the wind blows gently as a home made ghost is shown hanging from a tree as it sways against the wind. Before an old barn with only the outlines of it are left with a brown fence against it is then shown as the wind blows just as a home made scarecrow is shown sitting with a carved pumpkin for a head with a smile while holding an axe. The sun is slowly disappearing as the last thing shown was another home made scarecrow attached to a pole buried under ground as it had Six stick arms before everyone slowly goes black.

Just then a road is shown in the dead of night as rain is heavily pouring down as an ambulance is shown driving around the corner as thunder clashes through the sky as the ambulance drives by as fog is shown. Soon the front windshield is shown with rain heavily pouring down as the driver squints his eyes as he continues to drive down the road to their destination with a passenger beside him they were medics.

Soon the headlights shine upon the building with the name Richmond Federal sanitarium with a single underneath saying minimum security with bard Windows and a gated entrance as a car horn honks multiple times signaling that they are here.

"Why do I get to feel disappointed in horribly wrong"kol asked out loud as everybody shares a look not knowing what to say cuz he was right.

Some in the in office can be saved through the bard windows walking before the person walks out in the rain as they hurry over to the ambulance with a flash light as they walk over to the driver's side window before looking down at the notebook in his hand before looking up at the driver"okay, go on through"the man gives him the go before walking back to the entrance he came out of while the ambulance is showing making a turn as a pan up is shown of the whole facility.

Soon a hand is shown pressing a button as a Little light shines red just as the main door slides open letting a man and woman in as the shake the rain off them. The security guard is shown through a metal gate"all metal objects into the tray"he tells them as he slides a tray out through the mall rectangular opening. Before they do what he says as they take all metal objects off as the put it in the tray as the main entrance door slides back closed."purpose of visit"the security guard asked.

"A patient's pick up and transfer to Smith's Grove."the male informs the security guard. As they security guard grab something off the wall it was a clip board with a list as he looks at it."you're late"the security informs them.

The male doctor nods his head "yeah should be on the road"agreeing with the security guard.

A close up of the security guard is shown as he chuckles "yeah he'll of a night huh?"he says.

"Real charmer"the male doctor says having just ran in from the puring rain.

The security guard nods his head"yeah. I'll take you down there."he informed them before putting the clipboard back on the hook."all right" the male doctor says as they walk forward."I'll be right back there"the security guard says.
