Chapter 1 Abused

I am a 16 year old girl. My name is Megan and I am abused. My mother died two years ago so I live with my dad. I have a brother and sister they are 19 and 20 they left my in this shit hole with my dad.

My father is a drunk and a jackass. He abuses me for no reason. This has been going on for a year. He comes home drunk I hear him come upstairs and he busts in my room. He uses his belt and ties my hands in the headboard and starts hitting me.

We live in a small town called Campbellsburg Indiana. My school is West Washington high school. My only two friends are Lex and Bella. I have known them since second grade. I sit in my room alone and wait to be abused.

When I get dressed in the morning for school I put makeup on to cover the bruises. Then I walk down the stairs in black skinny jeans and a plain white shirt. I walk to the kitchen where the scale is and weigh myself. I look down at the numbers and they read 90. I don't eat much because my dad eats eveything and save nothing for me.

When I get on the bus eveybody stares at me. At school the popular boys call me names. Jacob calls me a slut and he says look it is a girl that is so fucking ugly. That isn't as bad as Holden's he says look what is it oh a bitch. It hurts yes, but I walk away.

In the halls they push me down and kick me yet the principle does nothing even though he knows about it. I only see lex and Bella in my last class. They ask what is wrong, but I won't say. The teacher never calls on me because she is Jacobs mother.
