I can't wait till the dog gets here. I've been waiting for this dog since I saw it and I new you wanted it. It was SUPER cute. I'm still very bored though

I wrote in my diary. I've had this diary since I was nine and have been writing in it ever since. Everything from the adventurous things to what I had for breakfast. It was my safe space. I also had another method of relaxation, singing. It is what I'm best at.

He said let's get out of this town

Drive out of the city

Away from the crowds

I thought heaven can't help me now

"TANYA, AUNT SHAREEN'S HOME WITH THE DOG!!"

YES,YES,YES,YES!!!! I have waited so long for this dog. I mean this is my first dog and it gets even better, Dumbledore is letting me take it to Hogwarts! YAY! Could this day get any better.

I threw on some jeans and a loose, red tank top that crosses in the back. It matches the colors of summer, or what's left of it. Also autumn, the season of school, which is the best place on earth. Well, Hogwarts is anyway. I rushed downstairs, almost crashing into my aunt.

"Oh my!"

"Sorry, sorry, sorry!"

"Tanya, it's fine!"

"Oh, okay"

After almost running into my aunt, I rushed to help with the dog. We couldn't just leave it roaming around the house while we went to errands Alley. My aunt wasn't going with Saige and I, but she had to run errands Once that was settled, we gathered around the fireplace and waited for Shareen to grab the powder from the kitchen cabinet. I was going first. I grabbed a small handful and steeped into the fireplace, watching out for wood. I threw the powder down, shouting "Diagon Alley". Then the world started to shift.

Still sorry for a short chapter. But Im starting to edit more and change the plot a bit. I am actually going to either put the fourth year in this book because it just feels like a skipped too much of the Harry Potter story line because fourth year was very important.
