I opened my eyes and seen Liyah was still sleep. I was glad my ringing phone ain't wake her up. I picked up my phone on the nightstand and seen Kayla was calling. It was 7:00am what the hell she want.

I slid from under Liyah and quietly walked to her living room. Hope her friends don't wake up either.

"What." I said as I leaned back on the couch.

"Don't what me KD." Kayla said.

"What you want Kayla?" I asked.

"Why you ain't come over last night?" She asked.

"What I tell you bout asking me questions." I said.

"Just answer the question KD." She said.

"I had some shit to handle." I said.

"Yea, i'm sor-?" I said before she cut me off.

"Don't apologize I can handle it. You was just a fling anyway, you know i'll never be in a serious thing again anyway." Kayla said.

"Yea I remember you saying that the first time we met." I said.

"Yep. Well I wish you nothing but the best and the only hard thing is having to tell my son you won't be coming around anymore." Kayla said.

"Yea and that's my fault too, I should have never introduced myself." I said.

"Yea but it's okay. I gotta go now and whoever she is you better treat her right!" Kayla said.

"How you know I was seeing someone?" I asked before she hung up.

"Don't nobody willingly say good bye to this pussy unless he in love with another girl." Kayla said.

"Bye Kayla." I said laughing.

"Bye KD." I said hanging up the phone.

I went to her contact and deleted her number. Then I heard footsteps entering the living room and I instantly said fuck in my head.

"KD what the fuck are you doing in here." Ari asked.

"I spent the night." I said standing up.

"So lemme guess you tryna sneak out?" Ari asked.

"Ari who are you talking too?" Jaz asked.

"Come see for yourself." Ari said.

"Oh wassup KD." Jaz said.

"Sup." I said heading back to Liyah room.

"You ain't answer my question." Ari said stoping me.

"Nah I ain't tryna sneak out." I said laughing.

"I guess. Hurt my cousin again and I promise imma hurt you ion give a fuck if you a real hood nigga." Ari said so serious.

"Ari shut the fuck up. He ain't gone hurt her. Not after that nigga almost shut down the city yesterday." Jaz said.

"Jaz you a dick rider. ion give a fuck if he ended world hunger, these niggas still ain't shit. If he can do it once, he can do it again." Ari said.

"That ain't me. I fucked up last time and ion plan to do it again." I said honestly.
