You dont always have to suffer in silence

Her heart thudded in her chest she was having a panic attack.

she runs upstairs into someone's bedroom and closes the door and starts crying.

Her vision disfigured, as if she were looking through a fish-eye lens.

rafe was already looking for her so he goes into his room and finds this beautiful girl crying on the floor and holding her chest

"hey hey hey it's okay" rafe grabs onto her and hugs her tightly

She cried harder, her chest growing tight as bile rose in her throat.

rafe has no idea on how to stop her from this but he watched enough shows to know one move to make

rafe grabs her face and rubs her cheeks "shh it's okay, you're okay i'm here" as he says that he smashes his lips onto hers she was shocked

"how-how did you do that.."

"i watched a lot of shows and one has this guy having a panic attack and this girl kissed him and he held his breath..

"i held my breath..?"

"yeah you did" he smiles

"i'm sorry rafe"
