Sana - Dad abh aap kahi nahi jayenge okay! Mere sath hi rahenge

Dad - Beta actually I have to go for another business tour next week to Singapore

Sana - What the hell Dad ! Aap aisa kaise kar sakte ho? Mere exams hai next month se I need your mental support! I need someone by my side to give me guidance and confidence

Sana - But dad you have 1000 of employees in your company kya unme se koi itna bhi eligible nahi ki is meeting ko lead kar sake ? Also cant you postpone the meeting to April? Abhi toh aap aaye ho aur abhi chale jayenge?

Dad - No I can neither give this crucial responsibility to anyone else nor I can postpone the tour ! Its just not possible! I have certain professional commitments and I have to stick to them at any cost

Sana pushes away his dad in anger

Dad - Kya battameezi hai Shehnaaz!

Sana - Toh jo aap kar rahe ho woh thik hai? Aapke paas mere liye time hi nahi hai! Main jeeyu ya maru aapko fadak hi nahi padhta !

Dad - Why are you behaving so immaturely? Dont you know your dad is the CEO of one of the greatest multinational corporations in India?

Sana - Sorry to sau you can be a great business but you have immensely failed as a father!

Mr Sood raises his hand to slap him but she stops him... He is shocked seeing her audacity

Sana - Nahi chahiye mujhe kuch bhi! Nahi chahiye mujhe aapke paise ! I know main khud itni toh deserving hoon ki badi hoke apni education complete karke khudke liye ek achhi job dhundhlu! I want to be a doctor and I know one day I will become !

Dad - Jaisi khud thi waise hi beti ko banake chali gayi

Sana - Dare you say a word against mumma! She was the best mother in this world ! Mujhe humesha aapse zyada pyaar diya mujhe humesha understand kiya ! Aap kabhi bhi unke jaisa ek achha parent nahi ban sakte! I miss mumma! She was so good that god ji took her away from me ! Aaj agar woh hoti toh meri life kitni alag hoti mujhe kabhi bhi itna akela feel nahi hota

Tears roll down Sana's eyes...

Mr Sood leaves Sana in this state and goes to his room...

SAME NIGHT -

Sana is busy preparing her assignment, she is mentally exhausted and needs a break but its mandatory to submit the project next day so she doesnt have any other option but to stay awake all night

Suddenly she sees Sid's text " I am standing outside your house! Open the door! "

She hurriedly goes down the stairs and opens the main door...

Sid - Surprise !!!

Sana - Tu is waqt yaha !

Sid - Tujhe help karne aaya hoon for project ! Tu boht upset hai na aaj... Socha you might need my help

Sana - Its 8 o' clock! Tere mummy ne kuch kaha nahi?

Sid - Idiot I told you na mom is out of station !

Sana - Oh I forgot! Anyways come inside!

They are about the climb the staircase when Mr Sood call's from back " Who are you ? "

Sana - Dad he is Sidharth Razdan! My friend and classmate ! He has come to assist me in making my assignment

Sid - Hello uncle

Dad - Okay take him to your room then! Kab tak rahega ?

Sid - Uncle by 10 I will leave!

Dad nodes and leaves

Sidharth and Shehnaaz go inside the room and immediately start with the project work

Sana - Thank you Sid! Tune aaj aake kitna achha kam kiya main bata bhi nahi sakti! I am so down today I am not in a mental state to do all these

Sid - Mention not ! Tu jaldi jaldi bata kya idea hai I will write for you everything! I can copy your handwriting dont worry about that!

Sana - That will be great ! So I have marked everything in my book you just see and note down

Sid - Cool !

Sana - Pata hai Sid mujhe boht headache ho raha aur boht rona bhi aa raha! Today has been a tough day for me

Sana - Dad doesnt love me! I know he has always been a workaholic but there is a limit to everything na! He always neglects me he loves his work his money more than me

Sid - May be you are overthinking?

Sana - No I am not ! You know today I am missing mumma a bit too much! She loved me the most in this world! Unke jane ke baad meri life boht gloomy ban chuki hai

Sid - Awww

Saying this he pulls her cheek

Sana - Sid dont you miss your dad ?

Sid - I do! But he left me and mom when I was very young , so I dont remember anything clearly, his memories are blurry in my head

Sana - Oh I see

Sid - I think you should try to understand your dad's pov too sometimes! Afterall he is doing all these for you only! Just like my mom! She is also workaholic and gives me bare minimum attention... Still I love and respect her coz I know she is right at her place!

Sana - May be you are right... But Sid I want my dad by my side! You know he came back home after 6 months and he is again leaving for tour next week! I am facing anxiety and abandonment issues coz of all these.... I feel mere life mein jo bhi aata hai ek point ke baad chala jata hi mujhe chhodke, sab ke sab!

Sid - I cant comment on your dad I dont have that much of audacity! Bas itna vaada kar sakta hoon ki I will never leave you... Koi rahe ya na rahe, you will always find me by your side!

Sana - Sach bol raha hai na Sid ? Chhodega toh nahi na mujhe?

Sid - Tere sar ki kasam! Mein humesha rahuga tere sath !
