Forever to meet

Chapter 1: Meeting

Raichii sighed as she enters through the door to her classroom. Today was monday, the worst day of the week. She carelessly dumped her bag to the floor and slumped down on her chair. "Cheap ass school..." She mumbled, "can't even afford freaking lockers".

The second bell rang, the students were rushing their way to their lessons as the teachers starts the register, as usual. Raichii looked out the window, the clouds were dark and eerie, and they seem to get bigger every mintute. Ugh... it's gonna rain, and I have to walk home in it she thought.

"Raichii!" The teacher called out. The student replied with a sigh. "Here miss". Just then, a loud thunder came roaring down on earth, like a blood curdling cry. Lightning peirced through the clouds, hitting the concrete ground outside. The students screamed and panicked as the teacher tried to calm them down. Raichii's eyes widen in amazement. She was more excited than scared. A broad smile appeared on her face as she opens the window. Seconds after that a strong gust of wind blew her down to the floor. She laughed hysterically,enjoying this moment.
"Hey guys, look! I got thrown down by the wind!" She exclaimed, yet no reply came back.

"Guys?"

She looked back and this time, her eyes were wide in horror. Her classmates were all frozen and paralyzed. Their eyes were unblinking, and their faces frozen as it is: horrified. It wasn't just them who stopped moving. The tables and chairs were floating in mid air, books and pencils levitated, as if on an invisible table. The teacher's coffee, which was about to spill, stood at a sharp angle to where it's supposed to fall, stayed still. Time stopped.

A loud, unpleasant cry, similar to the one before, screeched throughout the school grounds, followed by seemingly big and heavy foosteps. Raichii rushed to the window, only to see the ugliest, terrifying deformed monster, in a shape of a gigantic baby. It has eyes all around it head and another face on its stomach. It had one normal hand and a lobster-like claw on the other. Smoke came out of its mouth as it breathed out. The girl's body froze as she watched this abomination pick up a boy and tear him in half, putting him in its mouth. This is like a horror movie. she thought. She loved horror movies, and were never scared of them no matter what type, for she knows they're not real. But this one is different.

"It's just a dream." She told herself "Yeah, it's just a dream. It's impossible for something like that to exist! Right?"

And to her horror, the monster turned around to face her. A disgusting smile forming across its disgusting face. The face on its stomach suddenly opened its eyes, looking straight at Raichii.
"Now look here, big baby, this one is a rare one. These are called manas. They're like ordinary torches, but they can move in the barrier. Plus, they have a treasure inside them." The giant monster laughed and cackled at its stomach's explanation. "If you eat her, youll get stronger." Continued the face.

"I'l'... get... stoger?" Big baby replied slowly.

It clapped its hands and reached for Raichii. She tried to run, but it was useless. "It's just a dream, it's just a dream...". She felt her body being lifted into the air as she.watches the ground get further. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain on her body as she slowly gets pulled in half. Tears were streaming down her face as she begs for it to stop. It's useless... She thought. I'll die here like this. So much for a good life. She shut her eyes tightly as she expects her brutal death. The big baby gave out another loud cry, but this time, it seemed like a cry of pain. She felt herself fall and hitting something soft. She opened her eyes to see a boy. A boy with blonde hair and emerald green eyes.
