Chapter 02: Who are you?

Nandini rested him and rushed up to some work....

After a well half an hour of roaming around the house...nandini came back to the couch...and besides manick who was sleeping due to the pills that she gave....

She sat on her knees and kept on adoring him....for a while...and slowly ruffled his hairs ..and ran through her fingers in his hairs....

Manik ...I missed you soo soo much ....I want to listen to your stories....what did you do all these years....Without me ...how did you manage?? What all did you face?? I want to know it all....her eyes welled up ..she adjusted herself....and....and...she wiped her tears....I also want to tell you manik what all I went through....she crunched her teeth and closed her lips tight ...as if holding it and zipping it all inside her.....

You have always protected me manik... Now your nandhu will protect you....my ways might be wrong but my intentions are not ....and when you understand this I might not be with you ..nandini choked on her words....and placed her chin gently beside him still adoring his face....

******The nest morning*****

The sun through the glass panes windows hit his eyes troubling him....manik rubbed his eyes...and turned a little...and saw nandini sleeping peacefully.....and smiled...

He seen the same thing as a dream many times .....in all these years...but now it was a reality...she had finally come back to him ....

And as far as Nandhini was concerned...she had woken up way earlier...and waiting for the pills to wear poff and pretended sleeping all the while....

Manick slowly tucked in the hairs on her face behind her ears....And played with her hairs...

Nandhini though awake let him play and caress her hair like he wished.....

Nandu.....!!! Came a voice jerking both....and both sat straight up....

Naaaannnnndhini!!!!! Navya came and hugged her making Nandhini lean back a little...

Kaha chali gayi tum!! You did not care to even inform me?!? Patha hi kitna dar Gaya the hum (I cannot tell you how scared I was )

Navya was happy and excited that she kept on talking hugging her.....

Nandhini too after a slight thought hugged her back.....

And suddenly a cute little arms pulled her pants ..... Nandhini still hugging looked down...it was navya's child....she smiled at the kid....

The last time Nandhini saw navya was pregnant...performing concert with her...praying with her while aryaman held her statue.....

But this time she was way more confident...and bubbling with energy.... although her physique had not changed much even after her unplanned surgery....

Nandhini's mind bombarded them with their memories ....

She was so happy to meet all of them..but soon her smile vanished when she remembered something.....and stood there so lost still hugging navya like a corpse....

Until she felt a small prick on the back of her hands....it was navya's child who was jumping nd trying to bite her hands....and in one jump his milk teeth even bit her making her wince....and break her hug....

Navya immediately turned and swung and lifted him and carried on her hips....

Manick quickly rushed to Nandhini and held her hands to examine....

Manick... Nothing happened....to Nandhini....navya teased...

Kabir saw manick rubbing nandhini's hands and bit his lips to supress his laugh....making it too obvious for people around him....

Manick saw him all irritated and raised his eyebrows....

OMG itna khoon!!! Navya call the ambulance Kabir laughed.....

Manick rolled his eyes ...seeing him laugh....

Matlab.....Cabir spoke in midst of his laughter.... Nothing has changed....between you two.....

Nandhini nd manik both asked simultaneously what....

Nandhini realised manick was standing to close to her and moved. Little upfront.....
While Cabir was having a good time laughing seeing both....

Remember when manik got his arm hurt and in the police station...the green coat..... Dark room....Nandhini.....Kabir laughed....that day nandhu had this face now manik.....

Matlab ...tum logon ka tabse chal raha tha....mukti gave a slap on manik's shoulders.....

No..no....navya said innocently....

O...miss drama... !!! What do you know...I was the one shipping them first...infact I was shipping then when shipping wasn't even a thing......Kabir said proudly and lifted his collars...

Nandhini awkwardly smiled...

They all had good laughed and went for a group hug....

Nandhini broke from the hug and excused herself to the loo....

She rushed inside and closed the door......and ran off near the mirror and saw herself....

Who are you Nandhini??? The one that manik loves ?? The one navya considers a true friend ..??? The perfect girl?? Who are you ?? She yelled at her reflection.....

You are none now ...you don't deserve them.......

You left them all these years and they still love you....and you....you are going to use them as your pawn to get what you want...you are that gullible piece of shit nandhini.....she said and cried slowly without making a noise....

She wiped her tears nd saw herself on the mirror again......and let down a long breathe to calm herself down....

From her pockets she took a small phone and dialled a number.....

Did you get something??? Nandhu asked... impatiently....

No....came a strong male voice from the other side....

Nandhini sighed .....

Don't call me , I will call you or else we might get into trouble and we don't want that....the man said...

Nandhini noded her head .....and said ok....

You have it with you right??? be safe Noone should know....The man said...and cut the call....

Nandhini sighed and kept the phone on the wash basin ahead and lifted her layers of her dress under her top and pulled out a metal gun.....

She held the gun upfront an saw herself it the mirror.....so this who you are.....and let down a sheepish smile
