it's been a week since the roka ceremony . tomorrow mom told me that today we will be going to do some shopping and buy rings for our engagement which is after 10 days .
mom and dad (ashwin's parents) came to our home 2 days ago and then mummy and papa (adhriti's parents) along with them went to the temple to talk with the priest about the wedding dates , and after just 20 days i am getting married to ashwin or there are no auspicious dates for another 6 months .
ashwin and me have talked on the phone after the dinner at night now we became more comfortable with each other and talk about how our day went . i still remember the first day he called me .

i was lying on my bed listening to songs as i had nothing to do . just after one song was finished i got a call . it was an unknown number i picked up the call
"hello"
"hello " came soft voice from other side and i sat up straight on my bed . off course i recognize his voice . just by hearing his voice my heart started beating fast .
"ashwin " i whispered
" adhriti umm did i disturbed you i..i was just i just called so that we can talk " came his nervous voice . i chuckled hearing him
"no you didn't disturbed me and i am free"

we both a little nervous at the beginning but later on we talked a lot about how was our day and all and he even told me how he mom (ashwin's mom) teased him a lot before giving him my phone number .
"adhriti get ready fast we want to go to the mall too " i came out of my trance after hearing my mother voice.
"yeah mom just going to take a bath " i replied her
then i went to the bathroom to get ready as we were going to the mall and would have to walk around a lot i decided to wear something simple .
i went to my closet and took out a frock and took a hand bag and wore my white sneakers .

for makeup all i putted on was a cream and some nude lipstick and kept my hair open .
after getting ready i went downstairs and found bhabhi and mummy already there ready i went and greeted then and then we all sat in the car and went to the mall .

when we arrived there mom and tara were already their .
i was a little disappointed i thought even ashwin is going to come . although i asked him and he told me he was a little busy . just as we came out of the car i greeted mom and tara hugged me and i hugged her back . she then whispered in my ear .
"bhabhi , look there is someone behind you " i raised my brow confused and looked behind where she was asking me to and saw ashwin along with ansh coming towards us . he was looking at me smiling and i was looking at him shocked
didn't he said he was not coming i thought
he came towards us and greeted everyone while i hugged ansh as well and after some greetings he came and stood beside me while i was still looking at him .
" didn't you say you couldn't come" i asked him
he bent towards me and whispered in my ear making all my hairs on the neck stand
"how can i let go of the chance of seeing you " i went all red
he again whispered in my ear
"you are looking very gorgeous in your outfit" i blushed hearing him
" you don't even know how i am controlling myself " i made a confused face at his words while he laughed seeing me don't know why .
after coming out of our lala world we followed all the other to were they we going .

we first went to the jewellery shop where we bought some necklaces and all. and after some time we looked for our engagement rings ashwin and i looked at so many rings that the shopkeeper was showing but nothing catched our eyes . and suddenly my eyes went towards one pair of rings it was simple. i asked the shopkeeper to show us that pair .

everyone liked the rings so we decided to buy that pair .
after buying all the jewellery we went to buy dresser for our engagement .
