First, thank you so much for opening this story and giving it a shot. This is my first time writing anything like this so please be patient with me and I truly hope you keep reading. I have some exciting plans!

Ok, so a little about me and how I came up with this idea. If you want to skip this part and get right into the action of the story I completely understand and please feel free to disregard everything I write below this.

I am a college student, majoring in information science. I have always had a passion for reading and writing, but I never thought of ever writing my own book before. I always get ideas for different stories, but then when I sit down to write them, I can never make everything connect the way I want it to and I give up. However, when I came up with the premise for this book, I felt as though I had actually gotten something I could dedicate the time to write and make a reality.

I was raised to love boxing movies. The first movie I ever loved was Rocky, and soon I had seen Southpaw, Creed, The Karate Kid, Bleed for This, etc. They always inspired me, and I thought their storytelling was so moving and directed towards the human emotions. Now, as I got older, I started to think deeper beyond the story of boxing, and realized that I would be absolutely enthralled by a boxing romance story. The combination of the pure physical roughness of boxing with a heavy set romance would be MWAHH!! So, that is what I set out to do with this book. There will be inspiration from the films I grew up watching, and the missing extra spice that I thought would pair perfectly. ;)

Now the juicy stuff. I have been reading fanfiction, Wattpad, AO3, romance novels, etc. for basically my entire teen years. And although I have found stories that I loved, sometimes I wish that there could be a book with the exact romance that I wanted to read. So what better way to make that happen than to write it myself! Expect to see some enemies to lovers, rivalry, angst, slow burn, found family, and so much more.

I truly am so excited to write this and for you all to read it as well. Please feel free to leave me comments as you read, and I look forward to sharing this story with you!!
