I stood at the train station, in my school uniform. I was far past ready to go home. It was an hour past six o'clock. A boy came up next to me with a look of confusion on his face as he looked at me. I felt as if he were familiar, but I couldn't remember where I'd seen him.
"Do I know you?" I asked. The boy was still staring at me.
"Ah-- no, I don't believe so... But I feel as though I've been waiting for you for a long time. It's just a feeling though, so it's probably nothing..." The boy said.
"My name's Zelda. What's yours?" I asked, extending my hand with a bright smile.
"Louis. You have a pretty name. Do you want to get coffee, or go see a movie? I'm sorry if that seems too quick...but...I like to follow my instincts. And...well, they're screaming at you." Louis said, with a handsome smile.
I blushed. "My instincts are telling me to say yes. They're also telling me that I'd like that, I'd like that alot." I said.
Louis took my hand, and took me to the nearest coffee shop. we sat down, and we talked. It wasn't the awkward I-just-met you conversation; it felt like we'd known each other for years.
I liked Louis, it was like sparks flew when I saw him at the bus stop. I think he felt the same. Could it be.... what was that old saying? Love at first sight..? It must have been, I felt as though my heart had found its other half.
Louis leaned forward across the table, and held my hands.
And then he kissed me, and I felt happier than any other girl could be.
