Ana has always been a happy person. She always makes herself feel that she deserves all the happiness in the world. She does not want herself to feel lost, suffocated nor depressed over the things that she has no control over.

Being able to express herself, she also loves to write. To make people connect with her. To be free from all the expressions she wasn't afraid to show the world.

With her long eyelashes, thick dark eyebrows, eyes that are sparkling whenever she smiles, and a lips that is full and never curves downward, she has made herself many friends. She has been emitting this positive aura that most people wanted to have.

"Ana! Do you want to come with us?"

Angel, Ana's long time friend halted her terrain of thoughts.

"Hmm? Where are we going?" She was quite intrigued if the place that they were going to will give her inspiration in her novel that she has been planning to start on.

"We will just go to the carnival and maybe have a few drinks after." Angel replied which made Ana think for a little while.

"I would want to go to the carnival too, but... you know I don't drink", she said with a hesitation present on her face.

"Oh, yeah, then come with us just in the carnival, then after that you can leave first if you wanted too. We won't pressure you into doing something you are not comfortable with."

Angel's reply made Ana smile a little. Her friend may be a bit forgetful but she never made her feel the need to comply with everything she wanted to do.

"Okay."

BEING in the carnival has brought many memories in Ana's mind. She would smile whenever she would reminisce about something and how her lips would quiver whenever she remembers how she would suddenly have some flashbacks of meeting someone she thought she knew but there ought to just be stranger. Talk about deja vu.

"Ana! We will try the ferris wheel! Would you come with us?"

Arms suddenly held her which took her by surprise but the giggling laughter she heard was enough to calm herself. Angel really surprised her.

"Yeah, let's go."

While on the line, Ana and Angel were talking about how they started being friends and how delighted they were in meeting each other. A ball of sunshine with another ball of sunshine.

While they were lost in their little time travel, someone caught Ana's eyes. He seemed to be so sad that when he tried searching for his eyes, all he could see was nothing but loneliness emitting from him.Why did I sense some familiarity with him? She suddenly thought to herself.

Katya that other friend who was ahead of them in the line called them which made Ana look back at her.

"Ana! Angel! Hurry a bit! People will get mad if you stay there and not move forward!"

Both her and Angel started to look at their environment which made them catch several stares and whisper.

"We're so sorry." Both of them pleaded.

They hurriedly rush to Katya and their other friends which made them hear their snickers and a series of laughter emerged from them.

"You besties really zone out sometimes," Katya said which made them chuckle.

When it was their turn at the ferris wheel, she and Angel sat together with Katya and Emeron, their other friend on the cabin.

They had fun sightseeing specially when because it was night time. The night lights made it so appealing to look at and the twinkling stars makes it more beautiful to stare at the lovely night sky. The crescent moon has been sparkling that it seemed to be reflecting one's happiness in it.

Suddenly, she remembered him.

The guy in the hoody earlier who seemed to be emitting loneliness even from afar.

"I wonder what his problem is", she whispered which earned a side glance from Katya, Angel and Emeron. She smiled at them and gently shook her head to make sure that it is just nothing and something they should not be invested in.

After their ride in the ferris wheel, Katya looked at her wristwatch and whispered to Emeron that they should go get some drink since they already rode most rides. Yes the both of them did, although Angel ride some too, it is just Ana who just walked around and just ride the ferris wheel.

"Shall we go?" Angel asked when she noticed that Katya send her a signal.

Ana looked at the three of them and they were all staring at her. Silently asking her if she would be okay to be going home alone.

"You guys can go, I had fun with you three. And we all know I don't drink. I can manage myself."

What she said made the three sigh in relief. They all know that they are just waiting for her to say that since they would be worried as hell if she would just leave without them knowing or join them to something she is not comfortable with.

"Thanks for joining us, Ana!"

"See you tomorrow Ana!"

"Bye bye Ana!"

As the three bade their farewell, Ana decided to walk outside the carnival and whispered something to herself.

"I have found an interesting person, but I cannot seem to enjoy the plot I wanted to write him about since I did not see him again when I ride the ferris wheel."

She inhaled deeply and exhaled sharply when her feet suddenly turn back around to the ferris wheel and decided to ride it back again. This time all by herself.

"What am I doing?" She whispered to herself.

She stared at the front with worried expression on her face because she cannot fathom why her heart suddenly beats fast, but when she look at her back, she noticed him.

The guy from earlier, he seemed gloomier but this time she can see his eyes. The eyes that has nothing but gloom. His eyes stared but at her when he noticed her, and she was shocked when he suddenly step forward, which made her heart leap fast.

"Move forward Miss, your holding the line".

Is what he said and left her mouth hanging.
