Reader POV
Sitting in school learned absolutely nothing because there wasn't anything to learn, absolutely sucked. I don't know how my twin-Sophie-handled it so we'll. Either way, I needed to get some tips from her.
Neither of us were very popular, with us being twelve and seniors in high school that tended to be hard, but she was a lot more popular than me. By far. She had warm brown eyes and I had murky blue ones. She had long blonde hair that fell effortlessly in a perfect way, I had sparkly white hair that I could never keep styled.
Today we'd go on a trip to the history museum, I would hate every second of it. Our teacher happened to hate me more than my sister and would often blame me for things I didn't do, not that I cared very much.
While we were walking around the dinosaur section I noticed a brown haired boy with teal eyes stared at me and my sister. I nudged Sophie with my arms and glanced at him to try and get her to notice that he was looked at us.
I rolled my eyes when I felt her heart flutter. Wait..how did I feel that?
The boy smiled at us and walked over, he held up a picture of us on the front cover of a newspaper, "Are these two you?" He asked.
Sophie cringed and nodded while I just started at him without blinking, moving, or doing anything. My breathing even slowed.
His face dropped and so did his emotion in his chest. Just then a swarm of kindergarteners walked in the room, the boy and Sophie both covered their ears and rubbed their temples. I cringed and tucked my hands underneath my arms to try and stop the flood of emotions.
"Y-You can hear that?" The boy whispered to Sophie.
Sophie's face drained of color and I felt a wave of dread wash over her.
"You can, can't you?" He pressed.
She slowly nodded and walked towards me with the boy following us slowly, his arms raised to try and calm us.
"It's alright. I'm not going to hurt you girls. My name is Fitz, you can trust me." He said.
I looked and Sophie and we shared a No-Don't-Even-Think-About-Trusting-Him-He's-A-Stranger! Look. I swiftly grabbed Sophie's hand and together we ran out of the museum and onto the busy street without looked. We were we so stupid?
__________
A car swerved to avoid hitting us, the driver instead hit a light pole and it started to fall down onto me and my twin. This was it for us, death my light pole.We both shoved our hands up instinctively and waited for the impact that never came. I opened my eyes slowly and saw the pole floating mid fall.
"Drop it" a heavily accented voice practically growled at us. Fitz.
We slowly dropped our hands back down and Fitz grabbed both of us by the wrist, "Come on, alive got some explanation to give to y'all."
I wiggled from his grip and bolted for the woods, not caring if it meant having to leave Sophie with him for a while.
A few hours later I heard my name being called, by a girl, but it wasn't Sophie or anyone else I knew.
"Y/nnnn!" The girl called out again.
"Who are you?" I shouted at nothing in particular.
"Oh there you are!" A beautiful girl my age stepped into view. Long brown hair framed her face gently and contrasted her teal eyes perfectly. Her lips were perfectly glossed and her cheeks the perfect rose shade, "I'm Biana Vacker, Fitz's sister."
"You're Fitz's sister?" I gasped in shock when she nodded, "how you're so...gorgeous and he's so...blugh."
She giggled and I practically melted at the sound, "Thank you for the compliment. Usually girls swoon over him and use me to get to him. I can already tell you're not like that."
I smiled at her, "I would never,"
"Oh yeah, if you're wondering why I'm here and Sophie or Fitz isn't, we thought it'd be better if I came to get you, since you and Fitz had a rough start. Sophie's back at y'all's house getting her stuff together, Fitz told me to bring you there." Biana explained.
"Alright. I'll show you the way." I smiled and started to lead the way to my house with the Foster's.
I heard gentle sobs coming from my twin and saw her on the ground, cradled in Fitz's arms as she cried into his shoulder.
I quickly ran upstairs and threw some of my things in a bag. I noticed Sophie forgot to grab Ella so I grabbed her along with my little lion named Nala, I like the Lion King, sue me.
"Here." I said, placing the brig blue elephant gently in her lap and placing a soft kiss on her forehead.
Sophie looked up and sniffed, "They won't remember us. They won't even know we ever existed."
"Oh..." I said and hugged her tighter. I refused to cry, as long as it meant keeping my sister together, I would hold strong.
"We should probably get going. Dad will be expecting us home soon," Fitz said quietly.
"Wait! Don't forget about the Nexus's. Dad'll kill us if we leap Sophie without one again, and leap Y/n without one period." Biana noted, pulling out two leather brackets and tossing one to Fitz before bending down to clasp the other onto my wrist.
She smiled gently at me and helped me up before taking her brother's hand, who was holding Sophie tightly.
Fitz pulled out a wand-like thing and held it up to the dying sunlight.
"Where are we going?" I asked, I hadn't been around long enough to understand.
"The Lost Cities. Home." Biana replied.
Off to the Lost Cities for my next adventure, I thought to myself as Fitz dragged all of us through a large beam of light that the wand-like thing created.

1082 wordsSoooo...how was it? Was it okay?
I wanted to add Biana to the first chapter to kind of meet her and show how Y/n will react around some of the things she does. Sorry if the idea of Biana looking for Sophie (and Y/n) confused you, but I think it added a nice twist to the story.Happy reading loves!
