Rex sighed, brushing his long messy white hair out of his face and unloading the last of the boxes. He had just moved into a nice apartment in Starlight city and was extremely stressed about everything having to do with it. He got up, setting down a framed photo of his friends from his hometown, Sakura Bay. He was just getting over his homesickness, trying to convince himself he moved here to focus on finding a career, and that staying here would be worth it in the long run. Just as he was starting to get lost in thought, His stomach grumbled. Sighing and flopping on his brand-new cream-colored couch, he unlocked his phone and checked restaurants nearby. Intrigue filled his mind as he read the first option. Papa's Wingeria. Rex loved chicken, so this seemed like the ideal choice for him.

He got up and grabbed his coat, making sure he had his keys and wallet before heading outside. The sun was setting and the relaxing orange light was bathing each building, creating a dream-like beauty that Rex hadn't seen back in his hometown. He couldn't help the warm smile that seemed to light up his face too.

Before he knew it, he had passed the famous Papa's Arcade and arrived at the Wingeria. It was gorgeous, with red and yellow vertical stripes decorating its walls. He pushed the doors open, and headed inside quietly.
