When I woke up from sleep, I was having a slight pain in my head and my stomach started rumbling. I had slept hungry. When I looked to my side, Henry was sitting in the chair, staring at me.

''Why are you staring at me? do you want to ask something?''

He didn't answer me just stared for 1 minute then he picked something from his study table which I couldn't see and came to me.

''Yes when I came to the room yesterday there were pieces of glass lying on the floor so I found a piece near the mirror which had blood on it, That blood was yours Why did you hurt yourself? What did you think I don't know That you make scratches on your body when you are angry''.

I was a little surprised to hear this, how did he know? I was angry yesterday I forgot to throw that piece out the window but he is saying he knows that I hurt myself.

''You know this thing I hurt myself and make scratches on my body since when do you know?''

''I already knew this thing, once I entered the room, you had thrown something from the window as soon as you saw me. I became curious to know What you do secretly with me in the room and why you get scared of seeing me, that's why I once secretly installed a mini camera in the room. It was fine for a few days but one day you went to the room in anger and you took a blade and made a scratch on your chest and then threw it away. I got very angry with you but I kept on being clueless as if I didn't know anything''.

After telling me all this, Henry became very upset and I saw tears in his eyes. I was shocked after hearing this.

''Where is the mini camera?'' I wanted to see footage of harming myself,'' I am sorry whenever I get angry this is what I do. When I did it the first time it hurt me a lot but felt very good afterwards. or thus my anger subsides very quickly. And now it has become my habit''.

''Are you mad, if you get angry at yourself, then get angry at something else, then you are harming yourself. This habit of yours is not good. You are my best friend, I cannot see you in such trouble''.

''Ok I will change this habit, I know you can't see me like this but I like it, it gives me peace. and it feels like a drug to me so I feel good''. I lied, I'm not going to change this habit.

''It's good for you that you change this habit''.

''Ok Now will you let me eat something I haven't eaten anything since yesterday: I am feeling hungry''.

''Yes, get fresh, let's go for breakfast, then time will be over''.

Then I got up from my bed and went to the washroom. I brushed and turned on the shower and started taking a bath. I touch my wounds. The Scratches I Gave are too deep I used to hate blood and was scared of it when I was young but now I feel great and relieved to see blood even if it is my blood or someone else. I took a shower and came out of the washroom, opened my cupboard and took out a white T-shirt and quickly went to the dining room.

I came and sat next to Henry, he had taken breakfast for me too.

''I am upset after eating this egg bread. today is Sunday I want to have a good breakfast''.

''Today is the same eat quietly, otherwise, you will not get to eat this either''. Henry grimaced and replied.

''Fine, I will eat this why are you speaking so angrily? I also said sorry to you''.

''I don't want you sorry and I don't trust you. I know you will hurt yourself again''.

You are right, I will hurt myself like this, and now it has become my best habit.
