There was no way this was happening. Now? It wasn't even that time yet. Way too early and with no warning. Well, there's no use in fighting it. Find that shelter and figure it out from there. Besides, it's still relatively early into the night. If he doesn't find shelter quickly, he'll become some meak, helpless thing in the next couple of hours or less based on how rapid his symptoms are progressing. This heat, that sprung so suddenly, is already making it hard to walk.

How annoying. He's already way too hot.

It would be easier to hop around but his legs have weakened and trembled. Thankfully, the trees provided him support as he made his way through the forest. With pure willpower, he's been at it for who knows how long. No problem, he's familiar with the area that it's simply automatic memory.

There's a tunnel he resides in every time he goes into heat. It's quite a tricky place to reach without any training but not impossible. No one has ever dared to try in all the times he's been in it, so it's the best place to be left alone.

Curse this damn thing. It's getting worse by the minute. All his concentration containing his heat from taking over was running thin. Each step became slower and unstable. Each step his legs shook and the feeling of liquid running down his legs became more apparent.

Great, this was just what he needed. He has to get to shelter as fast as possible.

With more intense focusing, he managed at least another mile before collapsing. This is not going to stop him because damn if he'll let it beat him so easily. Using his forearms, he started crawling. His legs had an easier time to move this way. It was a little slower, but at least he was still moving. He's not completely helpless yet nor will he allow himself to be

His face was burning from the heat and the extra amount of effort he has to use his muscles. Hell, his whole body was hot, too hot. Warmth pooled up in his pelvic region and he felt tingling at the base of his skull. His pants were probably soaked but that's the least of his worries.

Akaza presented as an Omega. If that's how he was to be then so be it. He will not let it be above him and hold him back from getting stronger. The only way is to keep going. He will not complain or whine about it. Though, it can be frustrating, especially at times like this. Heats cannot be suppressed too long or be prevented.

What's more irritating is that this heat came out of nowhere without any warning or signs. He is always on top of his cycles and this is out of his control.

His body was starting to slow down again. Is way too hot and unbearable. His limbs felt weightless and useless. Akaza couldn't go any further if he tried because he tried with no luck. He laid there on the ground, face down, taking deep breaths. There are periods in his heat where he is unable to move.

After a few moments, some strength returned and the crawling continued. The tunnel was visible in his field of vision. So close.

That's when he feels a tight pull in his chest, taking his breath away he didn't know he'd been holding and collapsed. He gripped the ground and groaned, feeling a ripple of tingles run through his body like a wave of water.

"Is someone there?" A soft voice called out. "Everything alright?"

Leaves crunched as the footsteps came closer. Light and quiet. No scent could be detected, a Beta. Akaza tried to crawl away but his body resisted.

"Hey, are you okay?" A woman's voice. She walked toward the shaking figure on the ground. The darkness shielded his appearance since it was too dark for things to be distinguishable.

The women knelt on the ground next to Akaza. Her hand touched the steaming body.

"Hello? You're shaking so much and you're burning." She gasped, grasping the situation. The weather was too cool for anybody to overheat. "That was stupid of me. You're in heat!"
