Ingredients:

Spicy chicken sausages-5-6

Grated mozzarella cheese-1/4 cup

Grated cheddar cheese-1/4 cup

Multi-grain bread slices-8

Tablespoon oil-2 to 3

Tablespoon butter-4 to 5

Onion-1 medium sliced

A pinch of sugarBalsamic

vinegar-1 tbsp 

Crushed black peppercorn-1 tbsp

Dried herb-1 tbsp

Method:

Heat a oil in a non-stick pan...

Thinly slice chicken sausage and add to the pan.Cook Chicken Sandwich till it became nice and crispy...

Heat some butter in a the same pan,add some onion and saute till it caramelizes...

Add sugar and balsamic vinegar and mix well...

Heat some butter in a non-stick grill pan,toast bread slices till the grill marks appear underside...

Roughly chop remaining sliced onion...

Mix onion,fried sausages,mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a bowl.Add butter,dried herbs and crushed peppercorns and mix it well...

Place a portion of the sausage mixture over the grilled bread,put a layer of the caramelized onion and cover with another grilled bread.Similarly prepare the rest...

Heat a remaining butter in the same non-stick grill pan,place the sandwich and grill till the both the sides are done...

Serve Chicken Sandwich hot with your friends and with parents...
