Dade waved goodbye to her friends and hopped in Bellas truck.

Bella looked a little surprised to see her.

"Your not riding with Alice?" She asked.

Dade huffed and smiled.

"Well don't sound so disappointed. And no, I am not. She had to go back to her place, but she's coming back to our house." Dade said.

Bella nodded. "Okay. Me and Edward are going somewhere so we won't be there."

She said starting the engine and driving out.

Dade raised her eyebrows and grinned.

"Oo lala don't get pregnant." She joked.

"Dade! Oh my god. No Edward....he isn't like that.." Bella said a disappointed tone in her voice.

Bella had opened up about how frigid Edward gets when they go to far but she didn't seem to understand how hard it was for him.

Dade also knew it bothered bella to see her and Alice be so close (physically and mentally) when her and Edward couldn't.
Dade couldn't help but feel bad she knew it wasn't her fault but still felt for her sister.

But sometimes Bella would bring up Edward changing her into one of them, saying it was just a thought nothing serious but Dade knew when she was lying.

Of course if she said anything her sister would get offended leading to a fight.

Which is also why they haven't been close lately.

Dade found it harder to be around Bella when almost everything was made about Edward.

She stopped hanging out with their friends as often as they use to.

Dade once brought it up how attached she was and how maybe she should take a step back but that just resulted in a fight about how attached Alice and Dade were and how Dade should mind her business because Bella knew what she wanted.

So things had been pretty awkward for the girls.

But Dade mostly felt bad for Charlie she knew how hard it was for him dealing with two screaming teenagers.

The car ride was mostly silent, a few times Dade would make small talk with bella but the girls both had alot on their mind and eventually would drop the topic to think about something.

Dade didn't mind, she liked this.

It was a comfortable silence between them, something that hadn't happened for awhile.

She thought the James thing would bring them closer but it seemed to drive them further apart.

With both of them always having Alice and Edward around them protecting and watching it was hard to just get some sister time in.

The past few weeks were definitely difficult.

Bella had been trying to decide if she should go to prom or not, luckily Dade convinced Edward to get her to go.

She knew Bella wouldn't if he didn't and it kinda annoyed Dade how clingy she could be to him. Both of them were so clingy they could barely keep away from each other for more then 20 minutes.

Alice and Dade were a little less clingy, not that they didn't enjoy each other's company, it's just that lately Alice had been pushing Dade away.

Or she would be really affectionate.

Dade has a hard time trying to figure out a way to get Alice to open up, but it was starting to hurt Dade a little with all the whiplash she got from her moods changing.
