"Of course you are still the team captain." Stiles says "Did you get your grades up just like Coach told you?" Hope asks "Yeah, but he never told me I was back on the team." Scott answers "Doesn't matter." "We got bigger things to deal anyway." Stiles says "Did you tell Argent yet?" "I texted him, but he didn't get back to me." Scott says "You told him his sister Kate came back from the dead over a text?" Hope asks "I didn't have the money to call France." "Boys." Hope rolls her eyes "You think you got money problems? Try paying for an MRI and a visit to Eichen House." Stiles says "Another notice?" "Yeah, this one said Final. Now what the hell are we doing here? We got like 117 million problems and worrying about our status on the lacrosse team is not one of them." "It is now." Scott says with a shocked face, making them turn their heads to look at a new kid who was actually really good at lacrosse. "Who the hell is that?"

"I don't know, but he's cute." Hope says "You know he looks younger, right?" "Just because I stated that he looks good, doesn't mean I want to date him. Plus, I'm done with boys, for now." "Maybe we should practice a little bit."
Later, at the lockers: "Hey, Liam! You want to explain what that was out there?" Stiles starts interrogating him "What do you mean?" Liam asks "That little display. Your little circus act." "What circus act?" "You caught every shot." "I was in goal." "Yeah, but nothing, not a single shot got past you." "Yeah, I was the goalie." "Omg, Stiles, can you just stop? You are scaring him. Sorry about my friend...he sometimes has...communication problems." Hope says "Yeah, I can see that." "You're a freshman, right?" "Yeah." Liam says trying to play it cool "But you weren't here last semester." "I transferred from Devenford Prep." "You transferred?" Scott asks, trying to listen to his heartbeat "Yeah." "No, you got kicked out, didn't you?" "All right, kicked out, transferred, why do you guys care? I came here to play lacrosse. The team could use a few good players, right?" "No, we don't need any more good players." Stiles says "Actually, we could sort of use a couple." Scott says "Yeah, you guys suck. Well, especially you Stiles." Hope says

"Okay, how'd you get this good?" Stiles asks Liam ignoring Hope's comment "Stiles..." Scott stops him "Look, I learned from my stepfather, all right? He made team captain as a sophomore. Like you." Liam says and Scott smiles a bit "And yeah, I guess I'm just that good." He tells Stiles, gets his stuff and before leaving, he winks at Hope "He wasn't lying." Scott says "Is it weird that I like him?" Hope asks
