It been 1 billion years Rimuru and his friends left cardinal world... Including every demon lord and true dragon, his subordinate etc..

Tempest and cardinal world denizen can run on it own..without them..currently..

He give up being king of Tempest.. And distribute every land to each of his top subordinates not including patron cause they also left with him... Tempest divided into 2million without them currently....Not just a single planet but 2 million planets actually... He conquered many planet in cardinal world out of boredom..
