How rimuru became higher dimensional existence?

I was trying my best to come up with a way to make Rimuru close to 1c  beating character like anos full power..

After many years rimuru bored to the point of being killing himself but he eventually he will reborn somewhere right?normally it will cardinal world that what he thought it was just an experiment to check his immortality..and back to the world without going back just reborn there...

But where exactly he reborn?

To reborn in forgotten kingdom of liberation.. Which liberate every sinless soul or selfless soul which is became part of fictional space time as..but it became forgotten because of eventual battle held evil dreaming gods..even ivaraj is one of them..

Now back to rimuru..

Normally he will become common denizen of the world! In here every sinless soul count exactly is true boundless number cause it will add all from every fiction it doesn't matter if it's fanfiction or orginal it include everything.. It doesn't matter author introduced him or her or not he will become part of it normally even if it just mob all it take entry free by becoming sinless soul....everyone them have narrative, space time manipulation , they have power to do anything it doesn't have a time limit or anything upon reaching the dimensionalless kingdom...but make them even more sure they are just lesser dimensional being made for the entertainment from the get go.. But they will accept it all heartedly... If you think someone like Goku can enter .. Answer is no.. Cause he wrong system and boundary of fiction and nexus reality by nearly destroying the his verse...

Rimuru's case was completely different from others.. He reborn as the prince of the kingdom but he doesn't get power to rewrite history or anything he become powerless in that world even if he is sinless surely he will get powers right? But the problem is malfunction with that fictional world and real world...He tried many attempt to murder himself.. That also counted as sin in that kingdom or the boundless world.. But he isn't sinful either cause he is immortal he eventually reborn right?.. So his continued as prince... And kings name is siddartha gauthama budha most kindest person in the world and queen Echidna which is slime goddess..which supposed to evil but she isn't in one of the possibility... Both of them is his parents

He continues his life which he accepted as part of fiction.... Even his manas agreed and began the operations to go back to his real world....

But one day he crossed a path with angry citizen from always remembering kingdom of malice... Which isn't possible but it become possible cause someone named kurlon narrated a story made it possible he rimuru's friend after listening his story.... To met the angry guy named 'Deimos' which to seize his power or authority to write his own plot to make rimuru gave up or something..

Normally it will work but rimuru have trump card known as azathot... It will never work in normal way he need to gave consciousness to azathot and substitute it and take power of narrative or high level fate manipulation...

But the story doesn't happen the way 'deimos' thought... Azathot devour everything in it path be it good or evil excluding the kingdom of liberation ..even the birth angryu manyu stopped instead gave the birth of new celestial body of space time with high level ego..... Then Rimuru named it 'pnam' Which eventually become part of every space time of immeasurable amount of fictions verses which even come from different worlds of real world and become time keeper and watcher of the fictional and reality distortion which deadlier than the evil dreaming gods not going berserk again by the order of rimuru.. Also he recreated the world which got destroyed.. Which make sure to upgrade the dimensionality of his main subordinate and monsters he name from 3D to directly 7D.. Now everyone of the subordinate him can manipulate fate ,spac time.. Which is close to that level of kingdom of liberation Denizens..

Pnam become part of rimuru eventually he know everything even before it happen so

Eventually rimuru become literally bored of his boundless life span he already know he is gonna give up after the boundless amount space time watching years.. It mean he need watch over both world in every nexus of reality and every fiction..

So he gave up the power and give to ciel as its holder.. And reborn in his avatar.. Both ciel an he is same being.. So it doesn't matter even if omnipotence can't give up his power he didn't actually... It more like he choose different personality and nature... He got back his old ability including azathot... Also new authority in this avatar form... Which is high standard narrative manipulation and omniscient in his new dimensional space after he nerfed himself..

Thats how god rimuru avatar was born.....
