Socialisation Area (S.A)

Dear... uh, idk.

I'm currently in the S.A and.. they're not like me. They're objects. I feel sort of out of place here.. For one, they're all socialising amongst themselves and another and two, I look completely different. It's unsettling that I have no idea where they're watching me from. I hate the feeling.. I'm not used to it.

...

What if they're using me? What if gaining my trust and caring for me is an experiment itself? What if they just go back to their ways before after gaining my trust? ... what if he.. treats me like that again..? What if he hurts me? .. how do I react? Fight back? or be a... good rat..? He used to say " why cant you just listen for once? Maybe you wont get hurt then!".. he said that while doing... experiments. He said that they were 'mandatory' for me. Why would he just change? He's manipulated me. He knows I'm dumb enough to comply. Maybe that's why he loves me. I've always been his favourite.. or thats just what he says. Does he want a relationship? A sex doll?.. he's never been that into my body before.. so.. what does he really want?

But.. I was right, what did they want? I decide to draw Four, X to take my mind off things.

What could they want?

Scientist POV:

"It doesn't look like he's socialising ."

"No shit."

"Is he.. drawing?"

"Yes. Defiantly. He normally has his pencil out for drawing. Rarely draws in a pen."

Scientist report.

S. A ( Socialising Area) room.

The subject seems to be anti-social and keep to themselves. They haven't attempted to approach another subject nor has one came up to them. He seems to have a positive relationship with their notebook. What specifically they do in it is unknown. We'll be taking it in for inspections to find their interests, thoughts, etc so we can test more.

Further inspections will be taken.

"I know exactly what he's doing."

"What four?"

"Trying to find us. Anyway, we need to take that notebook in for inspection so we can put more on his file, understand?"

"Yep, but how are we going to take it?"

"They don't seem too bad with you. They trust you more than me so you can take it if you want. Or, we can take it when he falls asleep, then before he awakes we put it back?"

"Second one. I don't want to convince him to give it to me."

"Ok. Fine."

S.F [Announcer] "Head back to your stay (rooms)"

The door opened automatically

Everyone hesitantly headed for the open door making their way back to their rooms.

 [Room]

I was relieved to back to my room. It was a padded asylum looking room. White everywhere on the walls. I lay on my bed ready for sleep. I normally stayed up drawing with my lamp on or go to bed early. Today, I was TIRED. As I drifted off to sleep I was interrupted by:

Scientist [Announcer] LIGHTS OUT!

Just then all 'bedroom' lights went out. If we were caught awake at this time we will be punished. I finally fell asleep.

  Scientist POV

"Asleep. I'm going to get it." 

"M'kay, I'm going to finish this then go to bed."

"Alright."

I walk into the subject's room, grabbing his notebook. I look over to his lifeless body.. I bite my lip, thinking of you, your pathetic self.. I rip out an empty page from the middle and write :

// When you wake up come to the lab. I need to give you that talk don't I?.

- Scientist//

I place it in the place of the notebook and leave.

"Hey, X. I got the boo-"

They weren't there. They must've gone to bed already.. Before bed I put information in his file.
