Everyone go to the animals,Neytiri and neteyam preferred ikrans; Jake,Tonowari and Ronal with the Skimwings/Tsuraks; Lo'ak,tsireya,aonung,Kiri and tuk went to the ilus,Lo'ak left before the others to go to Payakan. Neytiri and kiri had a bow and a spear; Jake, lo'ak and neteyam had a gun and a knife; Ronal,tonowari,aonung and tsireya had one spear. Spider remained at the shelter with other na'vi who had escaped. They left towards the village, quaritch and his henchmen hid, as soon as the others arrive at what was by now a pile of dust and fire they heard no noise.

Jake gestures to avoid the noise and they approach the shore. Jake is the only one who comes down from his Tsurak and goes closer to the village, in the loudspeaker he says that quaritch is not here and that everyone can get off the animals. He hadn't noticed anything. While quaritch and his men were hidden Jake and the others were scouring the village and find a missing girl:

Jake:hey little girl
The girl was traumatized, she must have been Tuk's age, about 8 years old, metkayina clan.

Neytiri slowly approached the girl.

Navèya, Ronal, Tuk and Kiri go back to the shelter and the others stay there.

Neteyam and aonung had been close all the time holding hands, as soon as neteyam hears Quaritch's voice he gets scared and squeezes the other's hand who turns around and looks at him worried. Quaritch comes out.
Quaritch:Don't bother taking up arms sully, my men are more Jake: I will kill you Quaritch: You were convinced of it even the last few times... oh well
Quaritch approaches Sully who is holding his weapon.
Quaritch:Do you like to win easy? It would be too quick to kill me with a bullet
The plan was that Jake would keep quaritch busy and neytiri would jump on him, put a knife to his throat and then the others would deal with the other men.
