Oh how strange it is to neither be a complete day nor an absolute night but be something that lingers in between both. Sunsets are like a promise that there will be darkness at every second of life but there also will be light in the end. For it stays only for a short period of time. It's upto a person who gets to decide if he wants to stay in the darkness and wait for the light to come into their life like it was destined to be or be in the middle of the pair and create their own destiny.
He looks up in awe at the combination of the pale pink hues, and the rich light radiating from the sky creates rainbow of colours glowering that it brightens the whole sky. The greyish yellowish, orange, pink and blue, all of them merging together around the sun that hides behind the two mountain ends while the white clouds create the epitome of perfect sunsets. It's the best view he has seen so far.
Closing his eyes and leaning back with his arms splayed out besides him on the tube ring like he's the king of the world. In a way, he is, to his mother. She says he's the light that came into her life after so much darkness, he's worth everything and there's nothing else that matters more than him, she says. She always calls him her little prince.
