An island with a huge airfield could be seen in the middle of the ocean called Midway Atoll. The atoll was in the middle of two superpowers, the formidable Sakura Empire and the powerful Eagle Union, both argued for it. Both leaders and their allies decided to meet and discuss, who gets them.
The leader of the Sakura Empire and representing them would be IJN Nagato, an intelligent leader, skilled and has beaten all of the other leaders in mock battles. But she can overthink too much and tunnel vision on a task. Her plus one would be IJN Amagi, an amazing strategist, a formidable fighter, and a friend to all of the leaders on a personal level but she is sick from a disease that limits her a lot.

Her plus one would be KMS Prinz Eugen, smart, strong, and play full. Bismark's right-hand woman. loves to mess around a lot but can be an amazing leader if need to be.
