Fluff (finally)

He couldnt breathe. He could barely speak. His deceased mother had him in a chokehold.
"This is all your fault, you selfish fucking mistake." She had screamed in Clyde'ѕ face.
"Mom- I-"
"DONT CALL ME MOM." A slap across the face.

He woke up in sweat, and tears. Clyde desperately slapped Tolkien's back, scared shitless.

"Clyde..? O-ow.." Tolkien said, now wide awake. He turned overy to Clyde.

The smaller boy looked at him with terrified eyes, which were visible because of a purple galaxy projecter Tolkien's his night stand.

"Baby? What happened?!" Tolkien had a worried expression and immediately put a comforting hand on his boyfriends back.

"N-nightmare!" Clyde started hyperventilating.

"Shh, it was just a bad dream, okay? None of it was real." Tolkien cooed warmly to his boyfriend, and pulled him into his chest.

"She, *gasp* tried t-to *gasp* kill m-*gasp*-me" Clyde held onto the taller boy like a fucking koala.

"Stay here. I'll get you a glass of water and some pillows. Okay?" Tolkien said rushing to his kitchen.

Tolkien's Mom, Linda was in the kitchen, pretty much just standing there on her phone.

"Tolkien? What are you doing up at this hour?" She furrowed a brow at her son.

"Clyde had a nightmare about what I'm assuming was his mom trying to kill him." Tolkien had been filling up a cup with the water filter.

"Oh, that poor boy. He's going through a hard time. I'm proud you for always being by his side." Linda smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Thanks, ma." The tall boy walked to the walk-in closet, grabbed a ton of pillows, and speed-walked to his bedroom.

"Thank y-you.." Clyde slightly smiled. Tolkien felt relieved at the fact he calmed down a bit.

After setting all of the pillows, the ladder held his boyfriend up, and let him take sips of water.

"Good job, darling." Tolkien pecked Clyde on the cheek, then held him. close.

"I would NEVER let anyone hurt you. You're safe with me, and I will always protect you, no matter what.".

"R-really?"

"Of course."

Little did they know, Tolkien's mother was listening through the door.

"He will someday marry that boy."
