Melody P.O.V
I really didn't know how to respond. I'm mute how am I suppose to tell him that. Then it hit me the only way to talk to him was to think.
I'm mute you can leave now.
"Why would I leave a beautiful girl all alone in unfamiliar waters". Was the reply I got, and he said it like I asked the worst question ever.
I just looked at him funny. Nobody called me beautiful they just called me an ugly freak and left me alone. It was really sweet thing to say on his part. No you can't fall for him snap out of it.
I really hope he didn't hear that thought. That would be really embarrassing on my part..........................

Trenton P.O.V
Her response surprised me, why would I leave someone like her alone. I decided to tune out of her brain for awhile. She needed her space. I decided to lead her to the castle and let her stay with us.
I grabbed her hand and almost didn't realised she flinched. I said almost, so I did. I decided to ask her about it when I know her more. I can't rush anything with a girl I just met.
It took about a 20 minute swim to get there. It would have taken longer but you know we kind of have tails.....................................
When we got there everyone bowed, and then continued what they were doing. I hated that so much. People didn't look away and continue working like usual. They all had their eyes on Melody. The guys giving her flirtatious looks while the girls giving her jealous looks. I lead her to the castle weaving through the people. When we got to the gates I turned to look back at her. Her jaw dropped to the floor.
Our castle was blue and covered in shells. It was the biggest out of all. I could tell she loved it, when she smiled really big. I signaled the guards to let us in, and they signaled back. The giant gates lowered to the ground. I dragged Melody in the castle slowly giving her time to look around. Seeing her smile made my heart melt. Wow that sounded really girlie.....................................
Before I could have any more girlie thoughts my parents came down. Oh no here we go..........................................
