{Kat's POV}
——————————————————————————————————
After they decided they'd just bandage my stomach I was determined to get out of their bus. "Goodbye now," I said before pulling Carry's wrist and heading for the door. Jaime grabbed my hand and pulled me back. "Y'all can't leave. You have to get things straightened out with Leslie," He said looking at me. "And if I don't want to..?" I said with an attitude. I didn't mean for it to sound that way, but it did. "That doesn't matter be—" Vic was saying until Leslie cut him off. "Just let her go...it doesn't matter anyway." She walked away and into the lounge in the back of the bus."See?! Don't you see what you're doing?! Little bitch.." Mike mumbled. "Hey! I don't give a fuck if you don't like me, okay," I started as I walked up and stood right in front of him, "I get it. It's your girlfriend. You want her to be happy. Who gives a flying fuck about me? Look around. I don't see anyone. I just found out my entire life is a lie but all y'all are concerned about is Leslie. But call me when I matter," I snapped before turning away trying to hide the crying sensation that filled my body.
Everyone was silent until Mike said, "Then get the hell out!" I looked at him in shock, not caring if they saw the tears that now covered my face. I let out a forced laugh. "It was great meeting you. I had the time of my life." I grabbed my jacket, phone, and looked at Carry, waiting for her to stand up. "Are you coming...or staying?" I asked surprised I even had to. "Kat..," She said laying a hand on my shoulder. "Don't you fucking touch me," I said before storming out.
{Vic's POV}
—————————————————————————————————
"Was that necessary?" I hissed at Mike, "And you. You're her best friend and all you did was sit around and watch. I don't know you very well, but I do know that a real friend wouldn't have just sat around, they would've helped," I said looking at Carry, who was supposed to be Kat's best friend.I ran out of the door and looked around, trying to find Kat. Where did she go? I thought. "Kat..?!" I yelled. As if on cue I heard a sob coming from behind a car. I followed the noise that led me to the side of a blue mustang. She was sitting the with her head in he knees and scraps all over her leg. "What the hell happened?" I asked. She looked up, obviously surprised to see me. "I feel," She said shrugging her shoulders. "Wow. You sure do fall a lot," Told her as I sat down beside her.
I saw that she was trying to hide a smile but ended up laughing. "Yeah. I guess I do," She sniffled. "Why don't you just come inside?" I asked her. She looked at me like I was stupid. "Because they hate me. Because Mike hates me. Because my twin fucking sister is in there and she probably hates me too. Because my best friend chose y'all over me..." She broke out into tears once again, and I pulled her into a tight hug. "What's wrong with me? Why does everyone hate me?" She asked. "They don't hate you. They're just a bit stressed at the moment. That's all," I whispered.
She lifted her head off of my chest and said, "Why are you being so nice?" "Because I have no reason not to," I answered.
