Deployment

Marcus pov
Well there's no way around it we all knew this was coming now I'm being deployed to South Korea to fight the north but let me start from the beginning my name is Marcus Clay I'm 19 years old and joined the army last year I always wanted to be a soldier mainly because my grandfather was one severed in the Vietnam war and my great grandfather served in ww2 in the pacific war now I'm here getting to join my older brothers Anthony and Riley both served in the afghan war after the military pulled out they went to South Korea because if the north attacked they would already have some American force there.

"You ready son?" Dad said
"Ready as I ever be I guess" I said
"Now remember your brothers are there Anthony is your captain so you listen to him okay" dad said
"Yes sir" I salute
*chuckles* "be safe son you know mom would be proud" dad said
My mom was a navy officer before passed she was on a aircraft carrier before it was attacked by a Iranian destroyer she on the bridge when the second she'll hit she died with the captain and most of the crew I was 2 years old when that happened.

"So you'll be a tank driver you know what kind it is?"dad asked
"M3 Bradley I'm driving Anthony is commander and Riley is the mechanic" I said
"Well you better get going see you son."
"See ya dad"
With that I left just hope that my friend Eddie is there so I'll have someone else to talk to besides my brothers.
Timeskip third person pov
Marcus get off the plane in busan he walked a hummer where Anthony was waiting for him.
Marcus pov
"Well if isn't my baby bro himself" Anthony said
"Good see you as well Anthony ready to see want harsh word you throw at me or something" i said
*laughing* "sure come get in Riley waiting for back at base got to teach to how to drive a tank" Anthony said
"Here we are lil bro now get your bag and come on now or never" Anthony said
(Let's hope I can keep my sanity if we go in to battle)
