Camille's POV Describing how I felt right now was an impossible task, I was excited ,nervous, thrilled, curious ,anxious, so many words my brain couldn't think of anymore. After the incident that literally left me damaged about four years ago, coming back to face the entire place of my past and actually attending school here , it just made me feel complex .therapy helped alot but bad things don't just disappear , especially in your head. "Miss Mendez, we're here" Draven snapped me out of my world, I was so lost in thought I didn't even realize we were at the parking lot "thanks Draven" he hopped out of the front seat and opened the door for me ,giving a cute smile I adjusted my sweater as I stepped out of the car " take a drive and come back, ok Draven? "I informed him as I put on my headphones " are you sure?" ,turning to him with a sigh "would you prefer to wait in the parking lot for three hours?" , before I could tease him some more he turned on the ignition " I think I'll go for a drive but seriously , a three hour drive?" He really knew how to play dumb with me " bye Draven " he gave a laugh and drove off leaving me to face what was right in front of me , I dialed Lucy's number ,after a few rings she picked up " I'm here"
Theo's POV Girls would always be girls, the most self-centered, time wasting, never punctual creatures I have ever seen. we have been waiting for Camille for about thirty two minutes and orientation started about ten minutes ago,we had to lie to the security that we left our passes at home and sent someone to get it before the dude would leave us alone " fucking stop tapping your feet" Skye snapped at me "I can't help it! that man is getting suspicious of us, he keeps staring " "just ignore him, she said she'll call when she gets here,where did Lucy go?" he said with a perplexed look , I just huffed"maybe she bailed on us , I'm sure that security is telling his other colleagues we're phonies or liars or eve..." he shut me up with a glare We're going to be thrown out of here for sure I heard footsteps and turned to the direction of the sound " finally! were planning to drop out before you even started" "sorry, but I'm here now " she was was literally panting "enough of your whining mommy Theo at least she's fashionably late" Lucy sassed at me while dragging Camille with her towards the reception , shocked was an understatement to describe how I felt "did she just call me a mother Skye?" he snickered "you should really give up complaining when she's around " , just this once I decided to take his advice.
Andre's POV Twenty minutes into the orientation and I was a bored as fuck, I really didn't understand why it wasn't only first years that attended this stuff, it was already my second year and I'm not a fan of hearing things twice , I adjusted myself in my seat when my phone beeped ;it was a text from Oriena Oriena: how's the orientation going, missing you😘 Andre: boring,missing you too Oriena: hope ur not still mad cariño Andre: no I'm not , how's Kylie? Oriena: we're at a K-spa waxing and she won't stop crying 😂 Andre: for real ?, looks like she lost the bet Oriena: ur actually going to make her pay a $1000 ,ur mean😗 Oriena: its my turn now ,bye bby Putting my phone in my pocket,I headed backstage as it was almost time for our speech.
Camille's POV "What's the next item Skye" I asked curiously "umm, its the speech from the basketball team" taking a sip from my Coke I turned to look at Skye "do you think they'll be as intriguing as the lacrosse team? I thought their speech was pretty nice" the jerk turned my head to face the podium " find out for yourself ,can't you just be quiet like Lu and Theo" "asshole" I grumbled sipping my coke again "And now we'll hear from the captain and Co-captain of the westhill basketball team;the blue panthers ,a around of applause for Levi James and Andre Makeila" The fuck The whole audience applauded while I was wondering if I needed to get my ears checked ,my eyes spotted a handsome, tall guy with glowy brown skin "his skin is more dewy than mine" and ever slowly I looked at the guy behind him with gorgeous bubblegum blue hair, he was wearing a black face mask. I guess I do need an ear checkup All my doubt disappeared the moment I got locked on his vibrant green eyes, eyes that had a story in them and held me freaking captive,those were the eyes; they were Andre Makeila's.
Andre's POV I held the tablet in my hand steadily as I and Levi headed to the podium then, it felt like I was being stared at so intently but it was expected, that's why I wore a face mask so my discomfort wouldn't show and so people would stare at the presentation and not my face , I don't mean to brag but I'm a celebrity with good looks at that, so its expected. many were staring at me with fanboy and fangirl eyes but there was one that I felt so intently , heading to stand beside Levi,like magnet with out even looking everywhere I found the eyes, they were a pair of beautiful hazel eyes and I found myself captivated. Alot of people were staring at it me ,most uncomfortable or were just easy to ignore although,They were times I really enjoyed the attention but hers were not uncomfortable but yet I couldn't ignore "Makeila its almost time ,your next" Martin's voice snapped me to reality from the earpiece in my left ear,she sunk into her chair like we hadn't been staring at each other just now, I smirked underneath my mask. Heading towards the center as Levi took a step back, I adjusted the mic "Lovely morning everyone, so to what Levi said as you can see here......." I'll go say hi after the orientation .
