we go the country of latveria and to a location called castle doom where the intimidating and ruthless leader of latveria lives known as
DR DOOM.

we see the ruler of latveria himself on his thrown as a high tech screen shows video and footage of musutafu in chaos after the events of
the liberation war with the heroes suffering heavy casualties along with a lot of pro heroes retire because it was to "much for them" dr doom
could only scoff at the cowardice of the fake heroes after getting a real taste of being a hero and war at the same time it made dr doom wanna
make those frauds kneel to them with their head kneeling down like a pathetic and weak fool they were all known for. but what really caught
doom's eyes was the news of a vigilante who looks all to much familiar to him, doom's eyes widened in quick realization at who this new vigi-
lante is as he turns the news footage into surveillance cameras couldn't believe it when he saw the one person who cared about him be his
adopted sister izumi yagi.

DR DOOM: here i thought doom would never see kind face in a very long time. *sighs and puts armored hand on his metal
mask chin* life has not treated you well sister, hasn't it? ....well don't worry sister, your brother is coming over to RULE
musutafu and you will join me by my side.

dr doom gets up from his thrown his hands behind his back, walking out of his thrown room and outside on a balconey looking at the view of his
beloved country and takes a deep yet cold breath being outside. dr doom closed his eyes with memories before he became doom, enjoying the fun
times he had with his step sister izumi but then started remembering the day his life went to shit and being neglected by his parents who adopted
him being inko and all might and to being bullied and abused by shoto and katsuki making his life a living hell and the day he was mentall scarred
from his face leading him into becoming the ruler of his own country.
