"Where are you taking me?" Nova asks, eying the side of my face from the passenger seat.

"You'll find out soon." I smile rubbing her thigh.

"You always trying to surprise me." She laughs.

"I have to surprise you every once in a while." I smile pulling into the parking lot of the skate park she looks over at me and smiles realizing what we were about to do.

"I haven't been skating since you took me last time." She says with a smile.

"Let's see if you remember what I taught you." I say opening the door for her.

"Let's hope I do."

I grab my skateboard from the trunk and start walking towards the park, with her right beside me holding my hand.

Finding a spot where not a lot of people were skating, I sat my board down motioning for her to get on.

"If I fall you better not laugh."

"I better keep you from falling then." I tease.

She smiles at me and gets onto the board grabbing my shoulder for support.

"You remember how to push off?"

She nods and pushes off with her left foot and I frown in disbelief.

"Did I do it wrong?" She asks confusion written all over her face.

"Since when were you a goofy foot, I didn't teach you that," I grin.

"What's that?"

"When you push off with your left instead of right."

"I'm not supposed to do it that way?"

"No, you can but people might make fun of you."

"When you say people are you included?"

"Maybe." I grin.

"Me and my goofy foot are superior, so I don't care." She says but I could see her grin trying to sneak up on her face letting me know she was bluffing.

"Whatever you say." I hold my hands up.

"Can you teach me a trick?"

"How you superior but depend on me to teach you?" I laugh.

"Because I got to make sure you teaching it right." She grins.

"Yeah okay." I smiled and started to teach her how to do a kick flip.

After almost ten tries of her failing to do the kick flip in stationery and having to catch her she finally got it down I was just happy to see her face light up when she made it.

I challenged her to try to do it while moving and she of course accepted the challenge saying and I quote "this will be light work."

Clearly it wasn't because she fell to the ground not too long after. I try to hold my laughter in while walking to help her up. If anything, she loved to bluff, and it was hilarious.

Before I could get to her someone beat me to it offering his hand to help her up. My blood boiled just from seeing her hand touch his's.

I quickly rushed over to her separating the two from being too close. I look over at the boy who helped her. My eyes go wide in disbelief is this some kind of sick joke god is playing on me? It seems like I could never fully get rid of him.

The boy looked like an exact copy of Amir, the only difference being he looked to be a younger version probably around pre-teens age.

"Are you okay?" The boy asks Nova.
