Where do we go?

Chapter 2

The group looked at ruby. Lizzy sighed "we don't know, we tried driving down the road again, but it didn't work" she said."fuck..." Ruby said. Destiny looked at ruby "don't worry ruby, I'm sure we can find a way home" they said. Ruby nodded "wait, how can we go to school? Get jobs? If we have no identities?" Ruby asked. Mark looked at her "we got fake ones" he said
Ruby looked at him "what do you mean?" She asked. "Our driver's license and everything is fake, and it's only for this world" Lizzy said. "That makes sense" ruby said. "Well, I should go make dinner" mark said, Standing up. He walked over to the kitchen and began to make dinner. Ruby just sat there. She sighed, she looked at her phone, her contacts, she still had her parents numbers, but, it wasn't her parents, she saw destiny staring at her "hey ruby?" They asked, ruby looked up at destiny "yes?" She asked. "Did you live in this area? I mean, we all had too, if we ended up here" destiny asked. Ruby nodded "yeah,I lived near the highschool" she replied. Destiny smiled "I went to that highschool! I don't think we met, I'm in 12th grade" she said. Ruby tried to think of something "I'm graduating in a couple months" she said. "Wait...you where that 11th grader that disappeared?!" Ruby said, shocked
Destiny nodded "yeah, I went to go shopping with Lizzy and we disappeared" he said, ruby was shocked "no way" she said. Lizzy looked over at them "yeah, mark was the first one to disappear, we think" she said. Mark walked in from the kitchen "dinners done" he said, in an annoyed tone "the oven was being stupid" he said again. Destiny, ruby and lizzy stood up and went to the dining room. Mark sat food onto the table and they all sat down and begin to eat. Ruby looked at the group and looked around the dining room, it looked like a standard dining room. Everyone finished eating and put the plates in the sink. Lizzy showed ruby where she was sleeping and gave her some clothes to sleep in and a charger for her phone.
Ruby stepped into the room holding her stuff, she sat everything on the dresser and sat on the bed; she pulled her phone out and looked at her messages, why did this happen to her and how? She just wanted to go back home to her parents, her actual parents. She layed in the bed and slowly fell asleep. She had a dream, she was at home, with her family, she had the job she always wanted. She soon heard an alarm and woke up, it was her phone alarm for school, 6 am. She wasn't sure if she should get up for the day or not, she didn't have school, she didn't even exist in that world. She decided to get out of bed and walked into the living room, she saw destiny and Lizzy sitting on the couch, she smiled and walked over to them. "Morning guys!" Ruby said to them.
The two looked and smiled "hey ruby!" Destiny said. Lizzy waved "hey ruby!" She said. "What are you two doing up this early?" Ruby asked the two. "We're getting ready for school" destiny said. "Oh, should I come with you guys?" Ruby asked. mark walked out of the hallway, his hair messy, putting his eyepatch on. "If you want to go, we have to get you fake information" mark said. "How will we do that?" Ruby asked mark. "Simple, what me and the others did for it is illegal, but people here wont know and we shouldn't be here long anyway" mark explained. "Ill take destiny and lizzy to school then we will get the papers and shit for you" mark said
Ruby looked confused "your not going to school?" she asked mark. Mark looked at her "do you want to have an identity in this place?" mark asked, ruby nodded. Mark went silence, he got things to drive the two to school, destiny and lizzy left the house with mark behind them, ruby stood there; how does she trust them? She just met them yesterday, but they knew that they where in the same situation ruby is in, they all wanted to go home just like ruby. She sat on the couch and sighed, she pulled her phone out "ill be home soon mom,,i hope" she said to herself. She decided to go eat something as she hasn't eaten anything that morning, she stood up and walked to the kitchen to get some breakfast. She made something quick to eat and began to eat, she heard the front door open and saw mark walked in. she looked over at mark "come to my room" he said
Ruby followed mark into his room, it was a normal teen looking bedroom, he sat at his desk and booted up the computer. Ruby watched over his shoulder as he opened a google doc with some official papers on it. "Is this illegal?" ruby asked. Mark chuckled "yeah, if we get caught" mark answered. Ruby chuckled nervously . Ruby felt like something was off with this, but continued as she wanted to get home and see her family.
