nightmares

after school Emma and Charlie walked home and once they got to the meet up tree they went their separate ways. Once Emma got home she threw her backpack on the floor and went to go look in the kitchen. "I'm hungryyy" Emma yelled pretending someone could hear her to make food for her. But, no one answered so she went into the pantry and sat down on the couch with a few Oreos. Emma sighed. "IM SO BORED!" She turned on the tv and the only thing that was on was "Keeping up with the Kardashians". "OH MY GOD IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE ON TV BESIDES GARBAGE AND SLUTTY HOES?!" Emma turned of the TV and laid down on the couch. Soon enough she fell asleep. While Emma was asleep, she was having dreams. Not good dreams. Nightmares. She woke up with a startle. "FUCK." Emma whispered. She grabbed her phone and texted Charlie.

E: hey, do you mind stopping by until my mom comes home? Kinda freaked out right now.
C: yeah of coarse... Is everything ok?
E: I'll explain everything when you get here.
C: ok on my way see u in 5 minutes.
E: k

*Emma's POV*
10 minutes later I heard a doorbell.
It was Charlie.
"You're late." I rolled my eyes.
"Sorry.. I ran as fast as I could!" explained Charlie.
"I'm sorry if that sounded rude, I'm really freaked out right now."
"What's wrong? Tell me everything." Charlie was concerned. I could tell. It wasn't that big of a deal, I mean, it was just a dream. But it seemed so real. Maybe it really did happen.
"Well, Charlie, there's nothing to be concerned about. It was just a stupid dream... I just wanted someone to hang out with cause I got a lil' freaked out. That's all."
I lied.
I didn't know what to say. But, the only thing that mattered was that Charlie here with me.
