Three years of college and I officially got my bachelors in communication minor in media studies. I didn't really have any clue where i was going with it but i seemed to found my way around it. Growing up i enjoyed reading and music they were my main areas of study but what could i do to get involved in it? When they say college kids got it together were the last of the people in the world who "got it" were all lost just going to school hoping to run into someone or something  who would give us a job right after college but a lot of us are rarely lucky.

"Yn get up dont you have that interview later today at Gold Coin agency?" and if your lucky you get an amazing roommate and not those crazy ones you heard about online. I threw my covers off the bed checking the time 9 o'clock at twenty six id say im happy where im at but how much of it would be the truth.

"Yup,  i'm up Hallie i couldn't sleep anyways did you get us coffee?" Hallie and i met in english 101 she's a New Yorker in Los Angeles the same as me so its safe to say two New Yorkers felt comfortable with each other

"Of course i did here you go i got a new script for a small roll today" Halie studied flim and acting i opened up the fridge getting out my iced coffee

"Ooo do tell is a movie or a show because i have to say baby Halie in True Grit is my favorite such a cutiepie" i walked around the table squeezing at her cheeks i'd love teasing her

"Ugh piss off i hate when you grab my cheeks" i laughed walking back to my seat swapping at my notifications

"And its a small movie roll....and its a movie youll love because youve been taling about it for a long time" i hummed catching her eyes with mine a movie i would like most of the movies i enjoy are ones with music in them my eyes widened"No fricking way you got onto Pitch Perfect?! How did this happen!" Hallie jumped up and down as did yn embracing her best friend

"My manager called me early today which is why i was up at the ass crack of dawn saying my singing audition was passed down to the people in Warner brothers looking for an extra for the movie i believe so i took it no questioning it but now that theyve seen my reels i might not be just an extra but a full chratcetr" yn could feel her tears fall she brought Halie in for another tight hug

"I'm so proud of you when do you leave to shoot?" Halie wiped at the cornnr of her eyes she shrugged looking at her phone

"I'm not sure yet but if its anything like the first one i believe they shoot at the university of Louisiana" Louisiana how funny all the girls at UCLA were from there 

"Oh...well thats amazing im so proud of you if i get the job today i might get assigned a person to assist if they are based in LA then ill stay with the apremtnt unless you wanted to give it up all together?" Four years the girls became close the first week and now eveythning they ever wanted was coming together but neither of them thought theyd get so close, Halie looked upset

"This is home though i don't want to say goodbye to it if ill be in Louisiana for filming i'll be there for a couple of weeks and if you get assigned an artist then you'll be wherever they spend their time" i finished off my coffee throwing the rest of my muffin away today was starting off to be an amazing day

"Let's keep it your right this is home away from home even if you'll be in Louisiana and ill be...well wherever" Halie smiled sighing

"Good well do you need a ride i got nothing planned for the rest of the day" i shrugged sure better than going by myself i thought.

I had my files multiple copies of my transcripts an essay everything i needed for the interview. i actually met the owner of Gold and Coin not to long ago at one of the tables in Ucla for internship day.  i fixed my white collard shirt turning to hallie
