"Lev, I think you want to ask me something?" Levana, who was tickling the grass with her feet, looked up at Eilish. They had returned a while ago and now Yvainne was stuffing herself with food and Levana was leaning against the pillar of the gazebo.

"Why are you standing there? The pillar won't fall even if you are not there to hold it." Yvainne teased.

"What she meant to say is you should sit here and eat something." Eilish patted the chair beside her.

Levana settled down but didn't eat anything. Eilish knew why.

"Ask away." Levana passed a napkin towards Yvainne, her face showing no surprise at how much of a messy eater Yvainne is. Telling her to eat slowly (Yvainne of course ignored), Levana looked at Eilish.

"How did they form such a formation without any hunter knowing? Aren't the hunters continuously patrolling due to the hunting training?"

"I am not sure..." It was indeed confusing as hunters, especially Panacean hunters, were very skilled when it came to detecting formations. Formations are detected using aura. Everyone has an aura, even shadows.

Normal people had a positive aura while shadows had a negative aura. The more the powerful aura a person has, the more power his weapon holds. The more the powerful aura, the better they can detect shadows. Same goes for the shadow. The more powerful the aura, the better they can hide.

"I don't understand that either." Yvainne said as she held out a spoon with food in front of Levana's mouth and smiled as she ate it.

"I have a theory..." Both of them looked at them with their kitten-like eyes. Eilish held back the urge to pat them not wanting to get scratched.

"Their shadows were very deep in the forest so no one detected them."

"I can prove that wrong." Eilish raised her eyebrows at Yvainne.

"Dear sister, the formation we are talking about is an exact replication of a forest. The shadows there were weak ones. To form a replica, there must be a source with a very high negative aura." Yvainne explained as she stuffed more food in Levana's mouth.

"I agree. Since no one could detect them, they must have a strong energy source. A source strong enough to deceive dragon aura." Levana's voice was muffled due to the food in her mouth.

"Or maybe you two are too confident. Dragon blood or not, training is required to strengthen one's aura." Eilish lifted the tea cup and sipped from it.

"Or maybe the shadow has dragon blood." Yvainne challenged.

"Unlikely." This time it was Levana.

"Only Panacean royals have dragon blood and our ancestors were all single children."

"Unless our father has one more secret." Yvainne snorted.

"Yvainne! Have some respect."

"Why should I? Have I ever seen him? No."

"None of us has ever but we still need to respect him." Eilish sternly replied.

"Respect comes from the heart. You cannot force it out of me."

"Vin-"

"Stop lecturing me. You are only months older than me, not decades."

"Let's not talk about him. We only fight because of him." Levana's words caused them to immediately shut up.

"If we have nothing else to discuss, I will leave. I have errands to run." Levana slowly wiped her face with a napkin.

Seeing the mood so gloomy, Eilish spoke up with a teasing glint in his eyes.
