Burning tears flow through my cheeks, I might have gone too far at this.

Was I wrong? Was I right? Maybe the fault just wasn't mine.

But would you hear me when I say, that we were not a mistake?

Would you believe me and my heart, when I say I want you to be mine?

I know there is still a spark, I can see it hidden in your eyes.

Is that spark going to light the fire that we hide inside our hearts?

Or is this love just a lie? Does it live inside our minds?

You see... we don't want to let go, but we don't want to make things right.
