Dazai stayed beside Chuuya the whole time, he couldn't leave him, he was scared, for the first time ever, he was terrified.

It was 5am, 8 hours after Chuuya blacked out, Dazai couldn't fall asleep, he was staring at Chuuya's chest going up and down, he couldn't look away, scared he might stop breathing.

Just then he heard Chuuya groan in pain, "Chuuya!," Dazai says, "shhh fuck you're loud," Chuuya mumbles, "I'm sorry for leaving without saying anything, I'm sorry-"

"It's okay, I should be the one apologizing, I didn't notice how miserable you were when Oda died, I didn't realize you wanted to die, you hurt yourself and I never noticed, I'm so sorry," Chuuya says, "no it's okay chibi, you didn't know, it's not your fault," Dazai says.

"I should've left like that, and look at you, that son of a bitch hurt you, look what he did to you," Dazai says, tears falling, "I'm so so sorry Chuuya-"

Chuuya shuts him up by kissing him, "just don't leave again," Chuuya mumbles. Dazai smiles, "I won't ever leave again," Dazai says, kissing him again.

Chuuya smiles and tears up, "great now I'm crying," he mumbles, making Dazai chuckle, "I have one question, you said you loved me before you blacked out, were you lying?" Dazai asks. Chuuya was now blushing a bright red, "fuck you heard that!" He whined, "you're an idiot, I hate you," Chuuya whines.

"I love you Chuuya," Dazai says, making Chuuya stop and look into his eyes, "I love you too, you idiot," Chuuya says before kissing him again, wrapping his arms around Dazai's neck.

Dazai puts his hands on Chuuya's waist, holding into it tightly, not wanting to let go.

They heard a cough, looking over it was Kunikida, "of course you're the one to ruin this beautiful moment," Dazai mumbles, "well I'm sorry but Mori wanted to know how he was doing," Kunikida says, "he doesn't want to know, he's saying that so people think he actually cares for the port mafia, he only cares for himself," Chuuya says.

"Oh and Chuuya, we need you to tell us everything that happened," Kunikida aays, "I'll try my best, I was drugged so everything is hazy."
