Episode 2: It's not my fault..

Rue pushed her elbow back accidentally hitting Ginny's nose hard.

Ginny stumbled back as she held her nose.

Rue's pov:

Rue quickly looked at Ginny. "Oh shit Gin are you alright?" Rue asked.

Ginny was in silence as she looked down as she watched her blood drip to the ground, she then looked at Rue without any words.

Rue slowly tried to go to Ginny.

"Don't!" Ginny shouted at Rue.

Rue slowly stopped. "Fine but I have to call the ambulance for Mia." She said silently as she then pulled her phone out. She softly sighed as she began to call for an ambulance.

Wasn't that long before the ambulance had shown up.

The EMT's rush to Mia, then put her on a gurney. One person from the EMT had walked to Ginny. "Okay, we will have to let you stay in the back, but put this on it until we get to the hospital. " The person said as they handed Ginny an ice pack.

Ginny slowly nodded as she took the ice pack, then put it on her nose. She had a hold of the ice pack to her nose, she then jumped in the ambulance as she saw them getting done with Mia as she was already in the Ambulance. She then watched them shut the back door and saw them get in and drive off. Ginny then slowly pulled out her phone and called someone.

Rue watched the ambulance leave, she then shook her head. "I'm too high for this." She said as she walked home.

On the way home Rue saw someone getting robbed, it seemed like it was a drug dealer that they didn't have the money for the drugs.

Rue started to pick up the paste so she wouldn't get caught in the crossfire, she then arrived at her house. Rue saw that her dad's car was in the driveway. "Fuck.." She said silently to herself, she prepared herself and walked into the house. Rue looked around to see no one, she let out a small sigh as she slowly went into her room. Rue instantly froze as she saw her dad waiting for her on her bed.

"Where were you?" Jack asked with a terrifying tone in his voice.

Rue took in a breath. "I was walking." Rue responded.

"Hmm, I heard you got into a fight then broke Ginny's nose." Jack said to her.

"I was protecting Ginny and well she got in my way." Rue responded silently.

"IF you were to protect her you wouldn't have broken her nose!" Jack shouted at Rue as he stood up from the bed.

"Are you DEAF?! I said she got in my way!" Rue shouted back at her father.

Jack backhanded Rue so hard she went tumbling back. "DON'T EVER raise your voice at me lady!" Jack shouted louder at her.

Rue was holding her cheek as she was on the ground, she was also looking up at him as tears had formed in her eyes.

"Don't make me have to tell you again, if I don't you'll be sleeping in the basement." Jack promised. "Do you understand?" Jack asked as he walked to her.

Rue didn't respond as tears started to run down her cheeks.

Jack got more mad making him grab Rue by the throat hard.

Rue flinched as closed her eyes as she choked. "O-OKAY, okay.. I u-understand..." Rue said in a terrified tone along with a pressure of being choked.

Jack thought about it. "Hmmm, too late. Now you'll be staying there till tomorrow." Jack said as he picked up Rue and put her on his shoulder then started to walk away.
