Unexpected

Talia POV:

Me and my family were just having dinner, we were eating well until there was a knock on the door.

"Who could be here at this time of night." "Ma it's only 8." "Yes you're right Cal". I went to go see who was at the door, it was Margot. She looked like she just got done crying, mascara running down her face. "Oh margot what's wrong honey?" "I caught that fucker cheating on me." "Who Sebastian?"

"Yea him, he was hooking up with two girls at the same time. I just left the house and I didn't give him a chance to explain. I packed a bag and left you're my only friend here." "Well come on in Marg I don't want you to get cold, come on inside and meet my family." "Thank you Talia." "No problem sweetness". I took off her jacket and placed her bag beside the door. I led her to the dining room. "Everyone, meet Margot Fairmont. She's our neighbor."

"Hi Juliette's mom." "Hi, it's calliope right?" "Yea but you can call me cal." "Oh okay". I saw my oldest son come up to her and shake her hand, "Hello my name is Theo, it's nice to meet you." "Well it's nice to meet you too Theo." "Well Well hello there. My name is Apollo." "Apollo, calm yourself. I'm sorry about him, hi my name is Jack. I'm Talia's husband." "Well it's nice to meet all of you." "Would you like to join us for dinner Margot?" "Yes Talia I would love too. I'm starving".

The way my name just falls off her tongue. It sounds better when she says it than my husband. She just looks so majestic.

She sat beside me and I handed her a plate and a fork. When she grabbed it from me, our hand had grazed. Her hands are so soft.

Margot POV:

When our hands had touched, her's were so soft. She looked at me and her eyes just sparkled under the light. I got nervous so I just started eating. "So Margot, if you don't mind me asking, why are you here?" "Well I caught my husband cheating on me with two other women in our bed." "DAMN!" "APOLLO Watch your mouth. I'm so sorry Margot." "It's okay Talia, yea so he cheated on me and I left." "I'm so sorry Margot, you can spend the night here." "Thank you talia you don't know how much that means to me." "Don't worry, let me show you where you are going to be sleeping." "Okay".

She took our plates and put them in the sink, then she guided me to the guest bedroom.

Talia POV:
I showed her to the guest bedroom and I allowed her to look around. "Here 's the bedroom, the bathroom is over here. You have all to yourself, living with three boys can be kinda unsanitary." "Thank you so much Talia for everything, I can't thank you enough." "No worries darling, I'm happy to help out a friend". I placed my hand on her forearm. "If you need anything I'll be three rooms down. Now relax and chill out for the rest of the night. You need a break." "Yes you're right. Goodnight Talia." "Goodnight Margot". I leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek, then walked out the room.

Margot POV:

I can't believe she just kissed me on the cheek. Her lips were so soft. I think I should take a shower now.

*TIMESKIP*

No one POV:

It was late at night and Margot couldn't sleep. The image of her husband and those two girls keep popping up in her mind. Margot had woken up out of her sleep.

Margot POV:

It was about 2 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I put on my silk robe and headed down stairs to the Burn's kitchen. I was trying to find the cabinet with the cups and I found them. I pour myself a cold glass of water. I was trying to be as quiet as possible. I heard someone come down the stairs. I wasn't nervous. Once they came into the light I knew who it was. "Oh Margot, can't sleep?" "H-H-Hi Talia yeah I couldn't sleep." "Is everything okay?" "Yea everything is okay, don't worry". The way she looks so unreal in her nightgown. I pulled my robe down on my shoulder just a little bit. I caught her staring at me.

Talia POV:

I saw Margot pull down her robe, she was wearing lingerie. I swear I couldn't contain myself around her. I don't why I'm thinking like this. I have a husband. It's like she has me in a way.

Margot POV:

I saw her spacing out, I holded her hand, she looked up at me. "Hey you okay?" "Yes darling I'm okay." "Alright well I kinda have a busy day tomorrow, so I gotta go back to bed." "Okay sweet dreams Margot." "You too Talia". I walked past her, but before I went back upstairs I hugged her and kissed her cheek for a couple of seconds. I left her in the kitchen with her thoughts. I went to my room and laid back down. My eyes were starting to get drowsy, I let the sleep take over me. Hopefully I'll dream about Talia.
