Rewatching iii ep 12 got me thinking of some theories so ima post them here :P
1. Bot will get a redesign
You can see that Bot has been working on a redesign and this might happen if they meet up with test tube if she renters the game

2. Nickel and Balloon will betray or have a fight with each other
I noticed multiple times ,especially near the end of the episode, Balloon was giving Nickel weird looks, not in the funny gay way; but more of a worried look. I feel that Balloon is starting to distrust Nickel due to him misunderstanding and miss using his luck powers.

3. Taco/Toilet/MePad will come back
Considering the amount of times Toilet and MePad are referenced in this episode it would make sense for this to be foreshadowing to future events and considering the fact that Taco has MePad at the moment it wouldn't be far fetched to say she would comeback as well.
